Since 5.x versions, we have new look for touch Navigation Bar. There is triangle, circle, square and we can turn on menu (square with dots). But we can't remove 'last app' button, the square one. Is any way to have navigation bar exactly like in KitKat? Which is: Menu, Home, Back. And for last apps - long press of Home.

That little arrow in the middle of the power bar is the worst part about my tab, and ONLY because of where it's sitting.
Any way I can get rid of it? It sometimes overlaps with the Menu key.
I have an application that goes full screen and the notification bar is gone. I need to get to the menu and back button when this happens. Is there any way to force the notification bar to stick on top of all windows so I can access these buttons from within the application?
I don't know, but Button Savior is the way to go for now.
I have that installed, it shows on the right, but the menu, back, search buttons don't work, the only one that works is home. Any ideas?
I'm an idiot, had an old outdated version.....mods can delete if you want.
I had an idea. Try different launchers that have the option to set notification bar on top or bottom and see if works for the NT.
Hello
I'm looking for an app for android that can not find.
I have android 4.2.2 with root and I want to remove the bottom bar of buttons (Home, apps in process and back button)
I have installed full!screen ( http://goo.gl/T12Ko ) and is perfect, the problem is that it also removes the top bar notifications.
In the settings you can set a button to display the notifications but I want to remove the bottom bar and have always seen the top bar.
There any app that does this?
Thank you very much to all
Regards
I tried another launcher than stock but I switched back because there where no settings/shortcut icons (wi-fi on off etc.) there. But now I can't get them back. Where are they? I just have notifications now.
Have I messed with some setting somewhere or what?

With the modified EUI, there are no Quicksettings in Notification area. You have to press the softkey left (= square, Menu Button) to launch the "recent apps" screen with shortcuts to most system settings und some (configurable) other shortcuts...
Aha! Thanks. There they where. Not a good place in my opinion. Really bad place to have "shortcuts" on
other question about the notification bar. Is their a way to change the really small fonts against bigger ones ? Sometimes it's hard to view the ultra small icons and letters in the notification bar. It's so small that I believe I need glasses. I'm on EUI 5.9.23S

Alright. This is an issue I have only had on custom roms, but never on a fully stock rom. I have the verizon V10, vs990. If I go into a fullscreen app such as a game or an app that hides the nav bar and status bar, I can drag from the right to show the nav bar, but none of the buttons work at all. This all happened after I accepted the 23A update (android 6.0.1) that I got just last week. The only way I can get out of full screen apps is to either drag the status bar down and go into settings, then go to my home screen, or open a fb messenger chat head IF I have one there, and hit the home button when that is open. I will note that having a chat head there or not does not change this situation. The nav bar is simply broken in full screen apps.
To anyone who has this issue, I have figured it out by accident. I had a battery bar application running. Android treats this as an overlay. It must have messed something up with the nav bar in full screen apps. I got rid of the nav bar, and everything works fine.
