I don't have any lag in Modern Combat 5,indeed all my games works amazing,perphaps is a problem with you stock rom,your sd or same apps become slowly your phone

I have lag before,but now it gone
All you have to do is root your phone
Download Power Clean
Press the CPU icon,in the General tab,Click Optimize CPU then choose Performance
Back out
Click Optimize RAM then choose Game User (Your Multitask will crappy in this option but it never lag while playing game )

I unpack the AOSP base and now working on a new project i will release it tomorrow! Its themed 4.4.4 and some apps included from new L Build :angel:
Here's the thing. Most new version, as far as i know, of android are ported from the Nexus devices as these are officially from Google. So of course they would get the newest android versions first.
What makes our waiting even longer is the fact that what is released now on Nexus 5 and 7 (2013) is the Developers Preview of Android L.
It is not sure if it will be version 4.5 or 5.0 although the former has been a favorite. Also a very recent Chrome update backs this up showing the new build number as 4.4.99. Now it seems as they are preparing themselves but i'd say that we wont see a Galaxy S3 port of Android L for at least 2 more months.
Fun Fact Below:
It is believed that the codename of the new android L will be Lollypop as all the previous codenames were alphabetical in terms of the first letter and all the names were of sweet treats (with the exception of the Alpha and Beta that were the A and B):
Alpha (1.0)
Beta (1.1)
Cupcake (1.5) (similar to the next thing)
Doughnut (1.6) (what does Homer Simpson like to eat?)
Eclair (2.0-2.1) (those who don't know, this is some kind of weird french cake-thingy)
Froyo (2.2) (some kind of yogurt combination with things on top)
Gingerbread (2.3) (kind of bread-cookie mostly eaten at x-mas)
Honeycomb (3.0-3.2) (another way of saying lots-of-honey)
Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) (name speaks for itself. if you haven't tried this ice cream then you haven't even lived)
Jelly Bean (4.1-4.3) (some kind of candy beans made of jelly)

My guess is that the next codename will be Lollypop but only time will tell.

i got kitkat update in Egypt and i gonna tell u what did i do to get a very stable and smooth update in my phone
i will list what did i do ...
1) backup all ur phone (data, contacts, sms ,,, etc)
2) unplug Sim cards and SD card
3) do Factory reset on 4.3 android + Wipe cache (from recovery)
4) now begin to update ur phone either OTA or Kies
5) after finishing update and phone opens and ready to use -- do factory resit again from Settings
Now enjoy ur Kitkat with no problems no lags no automatic restart
** Features i felt
1) Performance is better and phone is faster than 4.3
2) Battery is a little bit better but not as i expected
3) Restart process take very short time about 10 seconds only
ONLY GAMING PERFORMANCE NOT AS GOOD AS 4.3
(if u r a gamer dont upgrade)

Thanx dear, actually i have received the update but i'm afraid to do it although i'm not a gamer at all.but i feel that the GPU (which is adreno305)already is not as good as it should be so i wont upgrade until they tweak back the performance of the GPU.

dont worry ... i use Kitkat since 5 days until now and there is no problems at all
only gaming performance in Heavy games like Asphalt is not good as 4.3
but on any normal game its very good
Grand 2 will receive 4.4.4 in the next days , hope they fix this issue

Already out there G7102XWUBNI2 new update for some countries yesterday. Still 4.4.2.
But they say this one solves blue screen and restart issue.

Few days ago I came across a Note 2 Korean variant (SHV-E250K) which was updated to the latest stock firmware (4.4.2 - E250KKTUKOH4) where I found SmartManager for KitKat
So I extracted the app, lib files & tried them on a DN4 (4.4.4) ROM & it worked fine. :victory:
Thought some of you might like to try this on your devices. So here I am sharing it with my favorite community. :highfive:
So far I have tested this on a N7105 Custom ROM(4.4.2), S3 DN4 ROM(4.4.4) & Grand Prime Stock ROM (4.4.4). So I guess this will work on any TouchWiz device running 4.4 - 4.4.4 :good:

Anyhow, I just wanted to give a bit of warning here: what is labelled as "SmartManagerSDK_OSUP.apk" (one of the two apps getting installed as system app) is actually CleanMasterSDK, a Cheetah Mobile app. Yes, that is the company that recently took over QuickPic and which have an arguably poor safety/ethical record...
Anyhow, I don't want to throw stones here, but I just wanted to pitch in and suggest all to do your own research on that one and judge by yourself.
But thanks for intention of sharing anyway. Cheers.
FYI SmartManager works only on Samsung devices with TW & it's powered by CleanMaster.
Anyone who tried the S6 SmartManager app will know it.
Check the 3rd shreenshot & you'll see the CleanMaster thing.

There isn't a widget as far as I can see - neither in E250 firmware nor on eg. Note 5
Why installing anything from Cleanmaster? It's bloated and the parts that do work can be achieved with other apps too.

Good news! I built omnirom 6.0.1 for the wave! It is not optimized at all and extremely slow, but it works. All except for the gallery. I'd be willing to release it if people are interested, but it would honestly be better if I just moved on to getting 7.0 to work

Hey man, i really hope you reconsider porting Resurection Remix for the Ace 4 Style i love that rom so much, and i think android 5.1 or 6.0 will run nicely on the device. I have one and i think it's still a beautiful phone, only android 4.4.4 is a problem for sertain apps

CM11 fully stable, CM 12.1 not so stable

I figured out how to use the phone without scrcpy (sort of) so that means I could possibly be continuing the development of this ROM. (I might buy a used g357fz and swap the motherboards)
