1st Time Installing
You Need To have Rooted and Custom Recovery Installed Phone To Use This ROM
If you are New Just Go To This Thread and Download Wug's Bacon Tool Kit And Follow Instructions.
Once Custom Recovery Installed.
Download the zip
Download Gapps
Download Latest Modem/firmware Update
WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
Install Modem/Firmware Update
Install the update zip from recovery
Install gapps
flash updatesupersu.zip
Reboot
Already Using Previous Version of Same ROM
Download the zip
Install the update zip from recovery
wipe Cache
Reflash gapps
Flash super Su
Reboot

PLEASE READ
If you are new to Custome ROm and have not flashed a cyanogenos Or CM12/12.1 Nightly OR a recent firmware, the rom will error during flasing with a TZ assertion error!
This is due to changes that CM has made to Trusted Zones partition.
Flashing Instructions:
Make a nandroid backup!
Clean install or at least wipe cache/dalvik (in 2nd case, error reports require log!)
Bacon Firmware March 15 (or a later one)
