This is an AOSP styled RRO Layers Theme for TouchWiz. This can be applied by installing the Layers Manager App from Playstore. [link]
This theme Gives the AOSP look to
->SystemUI
->Contacts
->Settings
->Volume Panel
->WhatsApp
AOSP Quick Settings Icons added giving it an authentic look with Samsung features...It also gives an AOSP styled settings icon!

How to Install!
Method 1 -> Install Layers Manager ->Extract RAR-> Copy layer Apks to SDCARD -> Open Manager -> Select Layer to Apply -> Apply Layer - > Install All ->Reboot -> Done
Method 2->Copy APK to /vendor/overlay folder-> change permission to 755/rwx-rw-rw -> Reboot phone->Done
This is still a work in progress, and I would be trying to make more stock TouchWiz apps look like stock Android. Please inform me of any bugs.
Issue: Settings FCs on clicking Google in Accounts option. Access the Sync settings through the Gallery settings!See Post #2
There is no connection arrows below H symbol when on a data connection...Its inevitable for a pure AOSP look on touchwiz.. A systemUI apk is attached along with the Rar file for bringing back the activity arrows...

(24/04/2015) AOSP Quick Settings Icons Added!!!
(27/04/2015) Added an updated SystemUI_overlay.apk
(30/04/2015) AOSP styled Status bar icons added to SystemUI.
(01/05/2015) Messages App themed to AOSP!
(01/05/2015) WiFi icon in status bar fully themed!

You're welcome... But aosp has white in its settings so... Maybe in a future theme I'll do something about that

@jawzf: There is a bug in Settings with this theme: When I go in General section, and then in Accounts, only Email works, but, when I try to get in Google, or Samsung acc, I get FC.

Yeah.. I did mention it in the original post.. Im trying to solve it... until then I found a work around.. use the Gallery settings in Settings to access the GOogle SYnc and Samsung settings!!

No changes that is visible yet.. I wanna keep track on the heating battery thing.. Let alone drainage. I was thinking.. The dailer would look awesome if it was AOSP dark grey with the numbers being AOSP green/blue.. Or what ever that color is.

Whatsapp ok contacts ok chrome ok settings ok but the notification panel stay blue and don't become grey how can i solve this ? :/

AFter applying... did you reboot your phone? Also if you applied it by pasting in the Overlays folder, did you give correct permissions?
I suggest you use the layer manager from the playstore... link is in the first post! It makes the application of these themes easy!!!

Yes after reboot and using the layers managers... i will try to apply by pasting in the overlays folder then....

For me notification panel is blue too.

Sometimes..the no change thing happens to as well. I usually either reboot using my phones own restart, delete all the layers and applying the troublesome one first, or just plain old keep trying. Usually it happens to me when i apply other themes from the playstore.
