A friend of mine bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 (GT-S7275R), which has Android 4.2.2 - and that is the latest version that Samsung provides for this phone.
However, he'd like to use it with Fitbit hardware, which requires BLE API for syncing, and that feature is in Android 4.3.
How do we put 4.3 on this phone?
I don't think there's Cyanogen for this model. Is it possible to install vanilla Android 4.3 safely?

Think it will be possible on our beloved phone CM or Liquid if they update?
I recently switched from CM 12.1 to Rapture 8.2 5.1.1. Does Rapture need to be updated? If so, how often and how? I liked the CM Nightlies. Any help is greatly apreciated.
My phone is a N910T Note 4.
Thanks.
