I'm an italian android developer from about 3 months and I have some problems that probably you can help me to resolve.

Also, I've published 5 apps in the Play Store, 2 paid and 3 free. I'm not sure that everyone, in different country from Italy, can see my apps on Play Store but I can't look at the market like user from another country! I'm questioning to you if you can say me if the position of my app in the Play Store is the same that I look from Italy!
In the category "Live Wallpaper" I can see my apps in positions 7 & 14 in the "Top New Paid" tab and over 150 in the "Top Paid" tab.
Here they are the names of my apps: "Sleeping Dragon Live Wallpaper" & "Skate Droid Live Wallpaper Pro".. the developer is "Riccardo Piva".
It is not to advertise my apps, only to know if the position is the same in other Countries.

I've been reading up on Geo Targeting for AdMob but no where i can i find a definitive answer on is it possible to have AdMob display adds that are only related to the country where the user is currently located. Is this possible?
I'm in Australia and am only getting adds from America in my app.

Since Australia is a English-speaking country, maybe the ads are mostly the same as in the US? Or are they for products and services which aren't available in Australia?
I'm from Finland and I get Finnish ads in my app. It happens automatically as far as I know.
I would assume that Geo-Targeting is something that the advertiser sets up, and Admob takes care of showing right ads in right countries.

We are designing app targeting the people from Indian subcontinent (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka) and people from this region living around the world. You know, we are not allowed to sell apps in Google play store, and we don't want to go through third party to sell apps through it. What would be our best choices for monetization?
Can we distribute freemium apps with integrated Paypal payment through google play store? Any better solution for the developers in this region?

if access to sell content possible not only through the application (web site) - you can use alternative methods of payment.
if only through the app - you should use only google wallet.
Galaxy Apps chosen it's language and available content based on information from the SIM cad. For example, when I'm in China using my China Mobile SIM, Galaxy Apps automatically changes to Chinese. When in Canada on Virgin SIM, it's English. There is no option to change the language or location. I am rooted so is there a way to feed "spoofed" carier information to Galaxy Apps so I can have English even though I'm in China?
