Can't get anything on youtube to play today. Cleared everything out of the app rebooted and still nothing. Videos don't even start. On all my other devices I have no trouble.
Any video I load, Netflix, YouTube, videos from internet, say that they cannot be played.
My connection is fine, and I've already contested all the caches and reinstalled the apps
Any suggestions?
Hey guys I have a problem with my Xperia Z2. When I'm watching videos from youtube,facebook or etc. , after a while I got some errors. For example I'm watching videos from youtube and after I got this error " Error loading. Tap to retry'" and after this error I cant play any videos, my local videos too. I face "video cannot played" error my local videos. And just when i restart my phone videos are playing. Whats the problem this device? I tried firmware update and it's still same.
It seems to be a bug related to facebook
I dont think there is a fix aside rebooting your device.

Same for me but I even does't have facebook installed, browser videos (html) and Youtube doesn't work, only a restart helps :/
I have it too.. Even you can't record videos with camera.. After restart everything works like a charm.
having the exact same problem, i think this is because of 5.0.2
I think that's not the problem.. I had 5.0.2 for a while... Like 2 months, but this started to happen yesterday
It looks like general problem.. So have we any solution except restarting?

i have same problem too since .726.
YouTube App is perfectly working, but Video is not playing in the App.
YouTube in browser is perfectly streaming fast, but not in App.
The Video is not even starting in YouTube App, but MX player is perfectly playing videos.
On playing a Video, it says that "There was a problem while playing, Tap to retry".
On tapping it constantly say the same.
I tried restarting, reinstalling. May I know what may be the reason for this problem...

I am also facing same problem.
And also I would like to include that the key mapping tool works great but in some games whe I press keys (mapped keys with hw key board), the running game crashes...
Hi all.
Today something weird happened to my phone. Any videos that I tried to play on the phone is not playing and keeps on loading. I tried to play video on Twitter & YouTube, Stories on Instagram but none is playing.
Anybody know why and how to fix it?
