Hi folks!
I'm on PhoeniX V18.5 which is a Touchwiz based Android 4.4.2 ROM.
I have S Note which works great so far but I also want the old S Memo app because the note sorting and the pen thickness was way better there. I know that S Memo has been "fused" into S Note by Samsung but anyway: I want S Memo too.
Unfortunately I can't seem to get it running.
Tried to push the apk to system/apps and set permissions which caused the app to appear after a phone reboot. I'm even able to start it but creating a new note inside the app causes to crash. I then tried installing the zip version of the app with PhilZ which gave me a "(bad)" in logs and didn't work. Any solutions to help me out please?
Hi Guys, As you know there is not source and the source'm not very good to say .. but at least I bring as operating the xposed framework, (will also be used to change fonts, bootanimation etc. ..)
We went into root explorer, and headed / system
Set_Immutable.list select and change the name to Set_immutable.lis.old
now proceed to install the xposed framework (the latest version)
we entered
Xposed Installer> Framework> Install / update
If that does not work, go to build.prop and change ro.config.hwtheme = 0
Screenshot
Dose that works with the Mediapad X1 running on kitkat B010
Does not seem to work for me on B008 Malaysia firmware for X1. There is no hwtheme line in the build prop and even after I added it, it still doesn't work.
This tutorial is for the M1 not the X1.

Yes I know, but the steps are the same.
Did you get Xposed working on your 4.4.2 ROM? Mind sharing?

The steps aren't the same or you would have been able to get it working
The X1 has a themeing engine that interferes with Xposed framework. There is a hack to get it to sort of work, but most of the useful functionality does not work.

I would much appreciate your help in providing steps to get Xposed working on 4.4.2
I'm on B008 Malaysia firmware, and it is KitKat. I have it rooted with SuperSU and Busybox. Titanium is working fine, but doesn't seem to run schedules. Otherwise there aren't any other issues.

What are you looking to modify with Xposed Framework? A lot of the plugins wont work because of the X1's theming engine...
Here's a patch for the Huawei phones, but be warned this can really mess things up...

Hi folks, I am attempting to get Smemo, a pre installed system app, from my Samsung S4 to run on my LG G4. I've found a deodexed copy and deleted the signature but installing with package manager fails and manually installing to /system/priv-app just force closes. I'm no stranger to apktool, baksmali, and smali, but I just don't know what steps to take to get it to work. The G4 is 64 bit also so I may have to use SNote from the Note 4 or 5, but I'd prefer SMemo2.apk because it has every feature I need in a note taking app. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks to any readers!

Hello! My name is Marie, and I'm new to these forums.
While trying some ported Note 7 apks I found here, I accidentaly deleted my bkp for the Samsung stock Contact app.
Now I don't want to use third-party apps found on the Play Store, and I'd like mine back.
I searched everywhere, but I only found a S7 stock app that made my phone crash.
So I'd like somebody owning a Samsung under Lollipop (since it's the only one I'm sure my phone will have no problem running) to send me the apk for the CONTACT/PHONE stock app.
Using a ROOTed Samsung Galaxy A300FU (A3 2015) under Marshmallow.
This is really important to me!
Thank you!
I am not yet updated to emui 10.1 and wants to get new system apps for my y9 prime. Anyone who is on 10.1 can get me the apps? Thanks.
I had (already) only updated the radio app.
Pls use apk extractor to extract the apk and attach the file to reply. Zip or separate apks via xda attach, google drive or any other drive is OK.
