hold vol up and power till phone shuts down, let go, then quickly hold vol down and power to go to boot loader. you can then go back to recovery.

Samsung S4 - twrp recovery suddenly wont work

Hello
I have rooted my phone Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505
Im using the Cm12.1 (Hva updated this once a week). But now im stucked in 12.1-20150903-Nightly-jfltexx Build.
After installing this build twrp recovery wont start. I can see the Teamwin logo, after that it restart and start the rom again (CM12.1 rom start as normal).
I use TWRP-2.8.6.0-F2FS recovery.
I have tried:
- Restart to recovery from cm12.1. Same failure. I get the booting recovery text, and The phone Restart after Teamwin logo appear on screen.
- I have tried the hw buttons, Vol up + home + power button. Same issue, it try to start recovery until the teamwin logo and then it restart.
- Take out the battery in 5 minutes.
- I try to flash new recovery with Twrp manager app. Same issue.
- I even tried to flash the recovery from ODIN, but same issue. I also tried the lates version twrp-2.8.7.0-jfltexx.
What to do ?

I couldn't find anyone mentioning similar issues in the CM thread for your phone. Personally, I'd just Odin the latest stock firmware and redo the CM set up.

S3 stuck at ClockworkMod Recovery v Screen

I have rooted the S3 using Odin All installed ok. Installed ClockworkMod recovery I am stuck at the menu of the ClockworkMod , Tried turning off the phone and it goes back in to the recovery menu. Pull out the battery and put back in and goes back to recovery. and I tried to play with the options but nothing can't reboot the phone normally.

Samsung Galaxy C5 stuck in bootloop on TWRP Teamwin screen

I flashed TWRP recovery for the device from Odin and tried to boot into recovery using adb reboot recovery. Ever since then the device boots till the TWRP teamwin screen and then restarts. It's stuck in a bootloop. It's got a non-removable battery so I cant remove the battery. I have tried holding down the power button for like a minute or two but it does not turn off. I have tried to get into download mode by holding down the combination but I cant and it is still stuck in a bootloop. What to do?
It's a rooted Galaxy C5, 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
If odin recognise your device , flash your phone back to stock firmare which you can download from sam mobile .
I know and I have the same problem

Man that TWRP recovery is for chinese version Galaxy C5 CHC
But you have a Hong Kong version TGY so you have a bootloop.Wait to your battery is complete empty and when you gonna plugg in a charge hold buttons to go in download mode and flash new official rom form sammobile. Is too bad the developers dont working on Galaxy C5.THERE IS NO TWRP FOR OUR VERSIONS YET!!?
Right now I have the same problem. The phone keep rebooting quickly....."rebooting recovery......." at flash screen. I tried pressing many buttons combination with no luck. The phone just bought yesterday !
