wipe..flash the rom (/ftf) again.. FC of settings is because it wasnt installed properly.. i got that once..flashed again and it was fine.. hope this helps
I am working on compiling ChameleonOS with android 4.3 base and after flashing I keep getting a message saying "the process com.android.phone has closed unexpectedly". That's not an error, that's a warning. And it doesn't fail on that. The real error is somewhere else.
