Its not happening. Goigle HTC updates and choose your model and carrier. No us lollipop on Verizon or sprint only other models.

I got an update for medialink app in the phone when I checked for updates in Settings>About>Software updates>check
Note : It doesn't show up in Settings> AT&T sofware updates.

Yes, any of the HTC Ones (except sprint/verizon) can be converted to any edition htc one.
Does anyone know if a port from the m8 to this device is possible

In order for any phone to work on Verizon it has to be provisioned by their network.
