Got my device rooted and upgraded to lollipop yesterday but remote play won't work, any one could help except unrooting the device? Couldnt install xposed app either so not able to try cloakroot app....
If any one knows a fix for this, it would be very welcome
Of course Xposed runs on this tablet with Lollipop!
You just failed to do the right steps.

Here's the solution guys install this apk and your good to go the error is due to root not xposed xprivacy or cloakroot doesn't work on xperia for me no idea why I tried everything with it nothing so this apk will work for me

Hey all, I have bought an Acme TB04 tablet and it does not originaly have the google play market, only the mobile 1 market, I have tried for the past 2 days to get google play to work, but I always get a message that google play has stopped when i launch the app. I have updated the services and framework with no good results. Any help would be very appreciated.
What Android version is it running?

Is it rooted? And if you have a custom recovery. If so. Try GooManager. You can get the APK from their website. Website -> goo.im/devs/s0updev/goomanager
And then install that app on your device. After that. Open it. And click "Download gapps packages".. And hit yes on "Download latest google apps" message. That hopefully will pop up ^^

Where did you get Google Play store from? Did you download an APK or something?
And I can't find anything about how to root it.. So I'm not sure how to be able to get google play store on it..

I just downloaded the apk, i guess it does not work this way
Anyway this tablet is a minority so i guess if i want to root it i need to do it myself somehow.

I guess you need to find the right apk for 4.1.1..
If i stumble upon a guide for it. Or some instructions on how to root that tablet. I will let you know

Adaway used to work on cm10.2(4.3.1), now that I have updated it to cm11(4.4.2), Adaway does not work anymore. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Im using GT S5302 [ ARMv6] [ 2.3.6 ] [STOCK ]
And having exactly same problem...!!
Not a single ad is blocked ...even after updating HOST files...

i cann't install adaway in miui for sg2 (9100), the base version are 4.1.2 when adaway dont install i try diferents versions of fdroid, someone know why ? or how do it for install it? thanks.

My post has 400+ downloads (& 0 thanks:laugh & only you guys said it doesn't work. Well it's working here on CM11 (4.4.2) flawless. Anyway you can download it from here, but is the same that I posted before:laugh:
P.S: & of course you can post your issues there too, better than post it here

this is because of write protection
Make sure you have the super user app installed. Adaway would lock up on mine without it.

Are other devices like yours able to run Xposed?Or only yours shows up this error.Because it says it's not compatible with your current processor

Why not try to install a rom that is 4.x?If you want...
Else you can try reinstalling everything(Not sure if it will work - keep your files backed up)

i have tried to install it via cwm recovery. XposedBridged.jar as successfully installed but app_process.orig isn't been installing. i have tried it manually also via root explorer applications. when i click on uninstall button in xposed then t removes app_process.orig from /system/bin but the process is not active. i have found cwm installation on a thread present on xda only.

there is no other rom available , but you can root and remove yourself the preinstalled apps ! let me know if you need help with that

Use Kingoroot https://www.kingoapp.com/android-root/download.htm and follow on screen instructions !
Somehow it did worked on my second try. First it freezed at 99% during reboot.
Finally I have rooted SM-G110H

I worked for me today as well.
I just wish I could root with PHH's Superuser instead, as I don't quite trust Kingo Root…
i have rooted my phone,installed xposed ,flash the xposed zip file,after that,i tried to open the stock camera,when i open it in superior auto or manual,the camera app will close it self,can someone help me?
