Hello Guys...
This is the first time I'm posting on XDA... Sadly after my phone has died on me.
I was using a custom rom for my Micromax A120. But while changing the internal partition something happened, and my PC asked me to format my internal memory as it was showing 0 space.
But after I did that.. Everything is gone. Even in Custom Recovery mounts are not happening properly, my phone is not getting detected on sptools. I'm stuck basically. Please help!!! In serious trouble.
Guys anyone...Please help..I'm really worried.

Hi Guys,
Anyone can help, i messed up my I9300 sdcard, i tried everything i know
- Tried to re-partetion using .pit file and ODIN 3.07
- Tried to flash the stock rom "it works but the device keep restart and freeze"
i guess the issue is that my internal sdcard is not well partitioned now cause a softer reading the device information telling that my rom is 11.8 gb and my sdcard 11.8gb as well.
also, when i plug it to my PC, it can't read the sd card, also it takes like 45-60 seconds to boot.
Please help, i'm dyeing
Thanks in advance.
Please don't die for this...
User available memory is really only 11.8..the rest of it is reserved for the system
sent from here, there, somewhere!!

Format sd card..or try using another card to check if the card is the problem..Or else it must be a hardware problem..I guess so
GT S5830i-Rocking on Broadcoms gpu...
Try to download a new firmware for ODIN, maybe that one is currupted! sometimes we have to do the things the hard way.... JIG USB(Google)!
Thanks all  problem is with SD card ..

I had the exact same problem!!!
after flashing to jellybean my phone took ages to boot up i thought it was bricked or something (8 gig sd card)
and if i removed it it booted instantly... i dont know why this happened but if i uninstall link2sd it works again... so its a problem with link2sd using my 8 gig card or something....

Lmafo lol i forgot to say the solution!
it isnt a problem with your SD card its because you have Link2Sd installed our puny devices cannot handle either a big partition size
or the size of the card, as soon as i deleted link2sd and second partition it fixed....
however i know link2sd is important so the solution and keeping the app is to simply use a smaller SD im using a 2Gig one now (instead of my 8) im sure 4Gig will work but i havent tried it... just make sure your partition isnt to big 800 meg is fine for tonnes of apps (im using 500meg on my 2gig)
The reason why it started acting up is because I'm guessing you now have a custom kernel installed?
Normal stock kernel supports the 8gig
The usual "Xx James xX" only on mobile...
This case my SD dead sd means cheap ==bye new one
Thanks:good:
Hi, I am sure there is a lot of samsung galaxy s2 users having experience on internal and external sd card suddenly not mount. This is so critical to me. As i have a lot of memorable photo keeping in my phone earlier (The photoes taken when i registered with my wife). I dont have any further backup and now i face a trouble that internal and external memory sd card not mounted. If you ask me to do format, ofcourse i know this can solve the memory problem...but do you think i will do it?? Ofcourse not man, those memorable photos only one a life time can take, so what do you think...where is the solution???? why samsung manufacture never provide us a better support center?? ... why in the forum no one has solution. (Maybe rooting the phone may help, but you know what i never play the root root thingy)........i need help ... i wanna cry to the God.... i wan my photos back. Help....help

Well...I too had got the same problem once....that time I didn't even know how awesome android development SGS2 has...ended up formatting the SD card...
Well..you can always recover all the photos using any recovery software after formatting the phone..
Try factory resetting the phone(only your system memory gets wiped) and see whether the problem gets solved...
Well there are other apps but you need root..
Long back I had got this problem...my internal memory wasn't getting mount and when I tried to access it told that it got corrupt and needs to format..
To solve that I connected my phone to PC after connecting in mass storage mode (settings>wireless more options>USB>turn on USB storage) and connected to PC...
It didn't get detect over there in PC ,but in phone the turn on USB storage option changed to turn off USB storage...I clicked on that and the media scanner started...
All the data I thought I lost was back...
Anyways you always have the option to factory reset and try...
Press thanx if I helped...

I hope you recovered all your data back...though how the hell did the data of internal memory get wiped after factory resetting the phone... is the first time I've heard about it. ..
Anyways, post again if the problem still persists in your phone or files not recovered properly. .. Don't start storing data in your internal memory before getting back your photos. ... the data after formattin still remains in the phones memory in raw form...but if you put some other data in your phone it gets overwritten and deleted. ..
Press thanx if I helped...
Hi guys, hope you are fine.
My phone is SAMSUNG ACE GT-S5830
I tried several ROMs official and non, but it couldnt solve my problem
my story started when i was trying to download unofficial rom via CMW, but suddenly the touch screen started to be weird, it never works perfectly most of the time, AND i found my phone without internal memory, if i am not installing an SD card, when I open "my files" it says:
"your phone does not have SD card inserted"
and i can't take photos for eq without SD card.
i thought that there is something wrong happened to the partitions, i used Cooper_v1.0 several time but nothing solved.
i flashed CWM recovery and i wiped cache partition and i wiped every thing and then flashed a stock ROM but nothing happens.
i feel like if i solved the internal memory problem the touch screen will work again perfectly,
ANY EXPERIENCES OR ANY ADVISES ???
Thanx

So you flashed a rom for a completely different device and expected it not to brick your phone?
Your best bet is to find the stock rom for you device and pray that it works. Don't hold out to hope though.
Also before flashing your device take a week and do your research. Flashing a device is not something done because it is cool. There are very real risks to it.
