Hello everyone, I purchased a HTM M1 riding a SoC MTK6572, but unfortunately are not available cooked roms and so I wanted to try to make a port from a device with the same soc, here I found this guide which is quite clear:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2701283
Now I have some doubts, for one thing I do not have a decent stock rom of my phone, but I have backups made with MTKdroidtool and a Nandroid backup of my stock rom, can I use Nandroid backup to do the porting?
Do you know tell me a device that has cooked rom with MTK6572 from which to take a rom for porting?
There is a risk of brick the phone with this simple procedure?
Thank you
anyone can help me?
Hi Android Lovers,
I have enjoyed using VIBE ROOTED CUSTOM ROM on Lenovo K900 since the day I bought. Im currently using VibeRom V1.0_1418 with JB 4.3.
Since we're already know there are no TWRP/CWM recovery is yet available for Lenovo K900, I was wondering how can we perform any Nandroid Backup with only using Original Recovery? I know one APK called BackDrop Root can perform a Nandroid backup with sync connect backup to DropBox, is this the only possible backup?
Appreciate your great help in sharing to solve the issue.

hi all, looking for unofficial firmware for this model Hisense U939
stock rom
hi do you have a backup of your official rom,im going nuts trying to find a stock rom to use with sp flash tools or can i use any mt6572 4.2.2 stock rom.
Hi all,
I have a hisense U939. Best thing I have done was root it with KIngo root and install Rom Lite tool box. Now I am looking to upgrade from 4.2.2 to 5.0 .. no backups of offical rom. If I have any luck I will gladly post it .. I strongly recomend the Rom Lite Tool Box. it has plenty of tweeks for the U939.
