Hi, I have a sound problem after updating to Android 5.0.2. When I play World of Tanks Blitz, so the sound is incredibly quiet only at maximum volume, it is a bit better, but it just does not feel right. In the old version of Android, 4.4.4 was not a problem. If someone's going well and learned how to fix the problem, I'll be glad for any advice. Thank you.

hello guys
i wanted to ask you if anyone hears the bad bluetooth sound quality from the htc one x+.
maybe i'm just to audiophile, but the sound on (good) bluetooth speakers sound terrible.
i read alot about it and found out a few things:
-i heard the issue is in the so called "bluetooth bitpool setting". manufacturers always this setting to low, so there are no problems with the connectivity, but the sound quality is bad. so the sound quality of the stock rom is really, really bad. i'm talking about listening music. specially the high frequencies are sharp and crashing...it sounds like a very bad mp3 file.
now there are custom rom's with fixed bitpool settings. i tried out a few ones and there is actually just one rom that haven't this bad sound:
cyanogen mod 10. all the oder rom's have this sound problem: cyanogenmod 10.1, android revolution hd 6.2 and stock...
do you know this problem? would love to use more rom's with good sound

I also have this issue when listening to BT audio music in my car. I haven't tried any ROMs yet to compare.
From my brief amount of research it seems to be an issue that only pops up between specific hardware. My phone sounds great in some other cars but not in mine while the HOX and iPhone5 sound great in my car.
Just an update. I am running Elegancia's latest ATT release and it appears to have fixed the problem for now.
Just another update.
It appears audio is perfect upon initial pairing but after disconnecting the audio distortion comes back the next time the phone is automatically paired.
Why would it sound fine the first time you pair a device and then sound different the next time it connects automatically?

If you're experiencing this on the Elegancia ROM, let Steve know about this.

Hello,
today I received my first android device, shipped from China manufacturer, the Cube U39GT tablet. It came with Android 4.2.2 , has an Cortex-A9 processor and Mali400 graphics card, 1920x1080 9" display and is generally really nice device. Altought I came across one big issue I dont know how to solve myself and it is the sound.
I didnt expect the sound quality to be any good since it is just a handheld device but the quality is really awful and pretty much unlistenable. It makes weird noise while playing through the main speakers and when earphones pluggen in and listening to a song, the singer sound like he is singing underwater or I dont know. Best description of the problem I can do with my english. I hope it is a software issue since both the speaker and earphones are having issues.
Is there anything I can do? Should I install a new ROM? If so please point me to some guide or something. Im getting hopeless.
Thank you all!

Hello there! sorry to answer so late, I sorta forgot about I posted here. Today I got pointed to a new ROM which should fix the sound issues so I will try that no. About the quality of the product I can say it looks and feels awesome Let me know if you are still interested in the scores and I will get them for you.

Hey, mind if I ask where did you buy the slate from? Is it directly from their official stores at Tmall? I have been searching for their truly "official" online store but it seems there are too many self proclaim "official" stores. Any guides on where to buy? I would prefer to buy direct then to go thru an authorized dealer.
Hey!
Theres a Problem with some games ( ex. Real racing 3, Infinite Flight...).
The ingame sound crackles and stutters and makes weird noises. On 4.3 it was fine.
I searched Google about this Problem and found an article that the Problem occurs on mostly all 4.4 Roms.
My question is, can the devs look after this issue trying to fix it? Because thats my biggest Problem with 4.4. Otherwise its nearly full stable and has no other big issues. THX and sorry for my Bad english!
Hey guys, I am running Android 5.0 on the Z2 Tablet SGP561 Verizon version. I feel like the volume isn't loud enough when I set it to max when I watch movies or play games. I understand there is an app called viper for rooted devices that addresses this issue, but I don't think the verizon version can be rooted on lollipop. Are there alternative ways to increase the volume without distortion? I am not a headbanger or anything like that, but the volume truly isn't reaching its full potential and it's bothering me.
I recently updated my Galaxy s8. ONE UI and android pie came in this update. I'm completely devastated from this whole ONE UI thing, it's ugly and toy looking also some pretty useful features randomly ceased to exist. But this is all my fault for putting my faith in samsung... So the bigger problem now is that I wanted to play music on the speaker realized that the poweramp limiter kickes in. That means that the bass is pushed to the limit and poweramp silences it (so my speaker won't freaking break). I checked the native equlizer and it's not off by a single db. So somewhere something is wrong. Unforutantely I haven't manage to figure it out. I hope someone can help me:3 it's reeeaaaaly annoying.
