How to install:
1. Download and extract file in given link
2. Copy bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg, shutdown.qmg to system/media and set permission 644
3. Copy PowerOn.ogg, PowerOff.ogg to system/media/audio/ui and set permission 644 (if you don't want to change boot sound you can skip this step)
4. Reboot and enjoy !

Can you help me to get CM 12 Gradient theme version 2.5. I loved icon pack of this version but an update to version 2.6 has changed the icon pack. I want icon pack of version 2.5. How and where can I get it so that I can use it and then won't update to version 2.6. Any help will be appreciated.

644 is the octal number of the permission "rw-r-r".so set permission and reboot.

Instruction:
For Splash Screen [need Unlocked bootloader and only for kenzo aka RN3 pro] :
extract the rar file given in link above
then connect your phone to pc with fastboot mode
type fastboot flash splash splash.img
For Bootanimation in MIUI or any ANDROID[any phones] and Lineage or CM 14+ roms :
download,extract the rar file
copy the boot animation zip to internal
then paste it on system/media/
give rw-r-r permission
For Bootanimation in CM12/12.1/13:
Just install this app
and goto theme engine,select bootanimation,apply it

I had already used a workaround where storing it in system/media made it the bootload animation of the default theme, but I really appreciate this as a separate theme.

I used command for splash.img through pc and replace bootanimation.zip in system media folder with solidexplorer classic.

yes but i never used in solid explorer,..so u have to search for the option..but grant it root permissions

: Works with Rooted TouchWiz Roms
Procedure:
: Install Es file Explorer from Play Store
: Enable Root Explorer in ES File Explorer
: Download Google Pixel BootAnimation[BLACK] by Jayant OR Google Pixel BootAnimation[WHITE] by Jayant file from attachment and extract it.
: You will find 3 Files bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg and shutdown.qmg
: Now go to Device/System/Media and you will find bootsamsung.qmg, bootsamsungloop.qmg and shutdown.qmg. REPLACE these files with the downloaded one and set permissions of these replaced files to rw-r--r--

RR is AOSP based rom i think.. therefore qmg format wont work but you can find pixel bootanimation in bootanimation.zip format. Search in xda. Flash that zip. It will surely work.

I havent tested it on note 5. But I made the animation in full HD resolution
1.Does the boot logo work on SM-G900F?
2.Does the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message still appear on boot with this boot logo?
3. How would I restore original boot logo if I wanted to?

1. Yes it will work on G900f
2."kernel is not seandroid enforcing" is not dependent on bootanimation. It depends on your custom rom
3. Take backup of all 3 original files. Check instructions in OP. You will know where to find the boot animation files.

I mean the boot logo, not the boot animation. How do I backup it? Btw, I'm on Ressurection Remix 5.8.1. So I don't have qmg files, only bootanimation.zip which I assume is only for the boot animation, not boot logo. Thanks.

Hi Today i will tell you that how you can install the Android O aka Android Oreo Boot Animation on your Redmi Note 3 (Any Variant). This is not developed by me, So all Credits goes to the developer ????
°°Steps°°
????
•So first Download the Android Oreo bootanimation.zip from the link given below.
•Download Es File Explorer From Playstore and Enable the root explorer.
•Then swipe left and expand local tab, Then go to device/system/media and rename the existing bootanimation.zip file to anyname (For Backup).
For example:-
bootanimation.zip ? bootanixxxx.zip
•Then copy the Android Oreo bootanimation.zip that you have downloaded earlier & paste it to the media folder.
•Then just reboot & You got the Android O Boot Animation!
