On my Cm 12.1 ( 5.1.1 ) whenever i do an normal reboot it showing ( Optimising App xxx of 122 ) It takes about half and hour to boot up the device. please tell any method to fix this , I'm very pissed. :'(

hi all
i use sgs2 rom v6 and it always been force restarting now and then ...it happens usually when i resart my phone which takes forever ..it took me about 5 minutes for the whole phone to cool down and sometimes after 5minutes it still lags / hangs ( restarts it self ) just recently i got a chain of force restarts! about 5 times in a row ! i got so pissed off i thought of reflashing the rom ..i make a backup and decided to give it another go ..finally it did not restart ..so is this normal ?
( My English is bad . sorry about that ) . This error :
"MDM ERROR Rebooting cause of crash Press power key for reboot Wait a minute for saving logs until rebooting"
Tell me about the error and how to fix it ? thank you guys!

somebody help me pls !
i have htc desire s .i am tring to install cm 11 into my phone .after all done my phone not booting whole night wating but not booting .then in clock wise mod log showing massage link thi s

failed to open /sys/class/andeois_usb/androis0/state:no such file or directory
i tried cm 11, cm 7 (stable ).clear wipe cache but no luck .i am stuck in no where please help me ...

Guys i noticed that while using cm11 by @percy_g2 (snapshot) using art was a problem .. Like i switched to art .. On reboot it showed optimising apps x of 131.. Took a long time .. Then next morning i rebooted again and found the same message optimising app x of 32 .. Again after a reboot the same message ..and at every reboot it modified 32 apps and took a long time.. But this didnt happen in stock rom .. Once optimised it didnt happen at each boot.. So i wanted to ask which are these 32 apps and does anyone know how to solve this at each reboot as it takes a long time and a lot of battery but ART is supersmoothh. Waiting for replies

Hello, i have XOLO Q700S ( android 4.4.2 ) with stock rom. ( rooted several times in the past and unrooted )
PROBLEM :
Phone gets stopped for a couple of seconds and screen is not responding. ( touchpad )
i see " slot2 " & "slot1" : " no sim found" message . it should happen only when we get out of airplane mod or restart the phone ( or power on the phone if its off )
so why does this happen? it happens like every 10-15 minutes.
( i havent flashed any custom ROM yet, BUT i had the phone dropped off from 3-4 feet < accident > once )
should i re-flash the stock ROM ?
Kernal version : 3.4.67
Build number : XOLO_Q700S_S006_28072014
