Hey there guys, new android user here. Not a developer but I was referred here.
I recently purchased an HTC m7 from a coworker, as my iphone had broken and I had decided I was done with Apple and wanted something different.
My friend had cyanogenmod running on it, and everything was fine. Everything save for the camera. No matter what I do, every picture is poorly focused. But now I have a bigger problem.
After doing some googling I attempted to use an RUU to get the phone as it was fresh from the factory, as I'd heard that could help my camera problem. Well I got error 155 and now I'm stuck in a boot loop. Recovery mode does nothing, factory reset does nothing. Nothing I do seems to work and I've reached the extent of my google abilities.
I would be so pleased if someone could give me instructions on how to return it to complete stock or at least just get it running again.

I had been to the service center but they did not help as the phone is out of warranty.
googled but in vain as I could only figure out that I am missing the ruu, tried searching which is the right one for my phone but found nothing.
Would be grateful if someone could help guide me through an give me the right and active link to download the ruu.
Thanks in advance...
PLEASE help me
Okay so after the M7 battery dying completely it keeps boot looping
I have tried all the fixes for absolutely drained battery on Google for hours
None of them seemed to work though at least I can get it into fast boot
Here is what it says when I hold power and volume down keys:
*** RELOCKED*** (Its been broken before when I failed to root it but I fixed it with a RUU file)

After that the usual options
It is a T-Mobile HTC One M7 that had android 4.4.2
Any help greatly appreciated
BTW what if I used an RUU for an older version of android on this phone? or is that not possible because of the radio number?
P.S. I do have some knowledge of how to use fastboot commands
Can anything be done?
THANKS!!!
Please help me!!!
I really need help PLEASE:fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
Also if I power down the phone completely then plug in the charger, it boots but very slowly, it shows the T-Mobile bootimange but takes about 2 minutes to get through half of it then restarts.
Also I flashed an OTA on it but did not seem to fix anything except for if I chose recovery in fast boot it boots in slow mo and then reboots but seems to get farther into the boot every time
If you need any more info about the phone then just ask
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Found It 4A.24.3263.09 !!!!!!

Hello,
please excuse my poor english. I have a stock Evo3D which ends up in a bootloop after starting it. I have never rooted / installed a custom rom on it.
I wanted to gift my evo 3D to my little sister, after turning it on to check it i realized my batterie became too weak to start the phone so i replaced it with one i found on ebay.
Since then i coudn't boot properly.
I spend about 12 Hours to solve this problem but it just wont work regardless of what i do.
Here are some informations the bootloader shows:

The first thing i tried was to reinstall a stock ROM using a RUU, this didn't work i did a couple of attempts and then realised it has a Vodafone branding, next thing was using a Vodafone RUU
it didnt work aswell, i read on another forum that it has to be a ICS RUU with Vodafone CID which appearently doesn't exist. So my next attempt was to change the CID in which i needed to unlock the bootloader.
So i went to htcdev.com and did everything step by step, i thought "man this is easy", i got to last step where i could choose if i really wanted to unlock the phone or not. I choose yes and the phone was supposed to reboot.
The problem now is it doesn't, it freezes with the red light and black screen, i cant access the bootloader unless i remove the battery and put it back in. If i do so it still is locked.
Now im out of ideas and feel bad for my sister, cause i promised to give this phone to her if she gets good grades.
If you have ANY ideas please let me know i would really appreciate it.

Is it a sort-by-lowest-price battery? if so it could be (again) a battery problem! In my experience most used batteries for evo 3d are stock ones by htc and Anker ones

Thanks for the quick reply, it was a mid priced battery with sold by a high rated seller.
I've dealt with a similar problem. Try booting into the bootloader and leave it there until the battery dies. Pull the battery for -several minutes-, then replace and plug in. Give it a while to charge, then start again with the ruu.
Edit:
Also with a similar problem, had some luck running the ruu multiple times consecutively without letting it boot all the way / rebuild the dalvik cache between flashes.
I have cleared the cashe and tried the recovery and nothing will help. Best I can understand is that the OS is not present anymore. This all happened when I was going thru the htc syn manager to do a fix and half way thru my computer crashed.I have looked everywhere, but what I have found that could help me is old and gone. I have never done this before and need easy simple help. I have been told by HTC that my phone is not dead, but traditional help is unavailable due to its age. Bootloader looks like this.....

I keep getting this, ever increasing in length issue, since I’ve starting flashing NuSenseSIX-LP_t6_RC5.0.2 and BETA- and/or NuSenSeveN-LP-t6_v4.0_071315. Every once in a while it will do a random reboot (which I understand because of the beta, etc.) however after the reboot it gets stuck at the boot animation screen. At first, it was just a matter of powering off or holding the volume down/power button and rebooting into the bootloader screen/recovery/wipe cache/dalvik and away I’d go. Now it seems like getting the phone to shutdown is taking longer and longer, like > 1hour. Any ideas on what might be causing this would be appreciated, 4.4 builds don't cause this problem. Here’s my phone’s bootloader screen info, currently have NuSenseSIX-LP_t6_RC5.0.2_07082015 running.

Just in case anyone does run across this issue, it seems that it is related to deleting too many things during the Aroma install of NuSenSeveN-LP-t6_v4.0_071315. I let everything install as normal and haven't had the freezing issue for 2+ days.
