Hi guys here is some things for Dr. Ketan v5 rom users.
Note 3 wheder widget for the latest ROM by Dr. Ketan v5.
And Stock web browser from XXUEMK4 (if you are like me and prefer the note 2 brower before the Note 3)
To install Note 3 wheder widget:
1: Remove all 3 old stock Accuweather from system/app
2: Unrar AccuweatherPhone2013-1.apk and put it in system/app
3: Restart phone
To install stock web browser:
1: Remove secbrowser from system/app
2: unrar SecBrowser.apk from the link and place it in system/app
3: restart phone

I will try to rename as sbrowser see if it works, note 3 browser looks good but... lack of flash.

Can you doctor pls post the weather in zip file so that we can flash it on DN3 v3 Rom coz I only can find 2 weather file in system so fail after reboot still the same.

There are 2 animation mod, the first is ThePsyn4.2 (download) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2133774&d=1374448906
And the second is Vortex Animation (download) : http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2160259&d=1375462391
This mod is working on all rom ( stock / custom rom )

Ok we can just install Xposed Framework and then anim mod... it has even more animations...

Works perfectly on my S3 Neo Duos, I've rooted it and installed xposed framework with the mod, now its status bar and recent app bar look like a S5 ones.
