Good afternoon guys, you know if you currently supports miracast rom option ??
According to and read is starting from version 4.2.2.
No kernel or if installing some mod would be possible, or some kind AOSP rom, CM12 etc ..
Would be to connect to a SmarTV lg, wifi direct if you can but for the miracast no.

Hello,
i want to change my rom.. and i wanted to connect my phone to the lcd... which roms can i use?
thanks!
Samsung stock or any ROM that is based off Samsung stock.
As far as I know, no AOSP or AOKP ROM has TV out working yet.
Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 and running stock ICS 4.0.3 ROM. I have tried CM9 ROM and like it a lot but it does not work with HDMI dongle. So I installed Stock ICS to make sure HDMI works but now the problem is the bluetooth while connected to my sony DSX-S310BTX.
The fone restart after 10 minutes. I've searched the forum and found out that ROMs based on the stock rom have bluetooth problem and roms based on AOSP dont work with HDMI. I need both features.
Does anyone knows a ICS or Jellybean ROM that works both bluetooth and HDMI?
Thanks.
If you want to bring HDMI work, you need to stay on stock firmware or create dualboot (AOSP + Samsung FW combo)
Still searching for it.
Come on. Somebody got to know something about it!
Hi I have an international s3, recently I went from a stock based 4.2 rom to paranoid android v 3.65, I was wondering is there any way to get mhl working on it? When I plug in my mhl cable it just reboots, or if you can't help me get it working on my current pa rom, is there any other aosp rom that supports mhl? Please help
Afraid not,, Samsung drivers needed, so it's not going to happen afaik
As above, you need to flash TW based rom if you need mhl.
Ofc you can flash kernel that supports dual booting and keep PA as a first rom and flash TW rom only as a second rom and boot it when you need mhl.
Hello and firstly apologies for asking a such a basic question,
Do any of the 4.4x (or even 4.3x) kernel/roms support OTG. Ive tried cm11 and carbon nighties to no avail . DO i need to go back to a stock based ROM ?
Thanks
rob
So as the Q says.
If you still don't get what I am trying to ask:
Suppose there are two very similar devices one has jellybean for it and the other does not so how do I port that ROM to the other device without a base ROM. AND IF I CAN'T. Then please tell how to build ROM from source to a UNSUPPORTED device.
Thanks in advance
