Can you please fix the video PLAYING bug. I can record videos with NO PROBLEM but when I play video it lags a lot.
The video will only lag if it is in HD.
Also, can't enter USSD codes.

Use MX player sw mode to play if u having problem in HD videos ,I was not having that problem I had played many HD movies in stock player without problem
And all ussd are working except a few.

Bro perhaps you have turned halo on just disable it while installing apps and while giving permissions

Hey, for the video playing. I don't care about local videos, I can't play HD youtube videos at all. This happeneds on every CM based rom. Please (somehow) fix it.
And for the lag, my antutu score was 22000 before. I installed Seeder and now it is 32000 antutu score.

Bro most probably I upload lollipop based PAC and cm 12. but I am not sure also they both are different ROM so in cm11 PAC features can't exists

Sorry but until now, where's the big difference between your rom and the unofficial cm build? A few "build.prop tweaks"? You can find those in the forums, but what is the big change in this rom?

I was thinking why would you use CM 10.1 as base for adding features like HALO etc., in my opinion use 'PolishBlood AOSP' bcoz of the fact that vanilla (AOSP) is always the fastest and more stable (if u want customization you can always use XPosed mods like GravityBox).
I was thinking of doing the above myself as i already syncd the necessary (AOSP) repos bt due to lack of time i couldn't do it.
It's just a suggestion btw.

Installation
1) BACKUP all your data , apps etc.
2) You need CWM Recovery version 6.0.4.4+ (Flash CWM-KitKat Compatible from here to get it)
3) Copy the ROM and GAPPS Zip's to your device
4) Boot into Recovery and Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
5) Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache(Advanced)
6) Wipe /System and /Preload in Mounts and Storage
7) Install the PA 4.6 Rom Zip and GAPPS Zip
8) Reboot
Note : First Boot Can take upto 5-10 minutes

The latest build 4.6-BETA5 is extremely smooth and no lag at all. All work for camera, wifi, bluetooth and gps. One more thing is the battery life is great!!! When screen turn off for the night ( 7 hours), it only drop 1-2% of battery. Salute and keep up the good job !!!!

Install the GPS Status app, download the a-gps data and test it out, should be ok !!!! It was fine for me

No for the AOSPA camera. For front facing camera recording, you can used the Google camera from play store, it will be fine !!!

Here is what i experienced.
Some issues i found just now.
USSD Still not working for me.
Boot time is really heavy. It takes too long to get started.
However there is 1.30GB of free ram, but it runs laggy.
LED lights are not working, They stay still.
I am still testing it, if i found some more i will post it here.
It work for a311 ??

yup I just downloaded, for the sake of enjoying this ROM even after knowing the bug.
He never told go ahead use this ROM as a Daily driver I am forcing you to do this
I guess if you keep updating and fixing roms, you might have the best lollipop build.

bro cm12 beta 4 ported from wiko rainbow lastest build . bugs r same ussd working in some carrier and some not hotspot and gps & lagging fixed..:good:

There's an error in UPDATE-SCRIPT of the newly uploaded CM13 ROM
To Fix Issue
1. Extract ROM
2. Delete Meta-INF Folder
3. Copy the Meta-INF folder from the Meta-INF.zip
4. Re-zip the ROM & Ur Done
5. Flash The ROM

Let it get fully stable... at least like CM 12.1 for mt6592... Then I will start work on it... It is no reason to release it early before @ferhung or @hyperion70 do. Also you have seen frustrated users replies on cm12.1 rom and cm 12.1 based rom. Don't want to disappoint users and waste their's time too.

-video not working not supporting mx player.
-gallery not working.
-sim not detecting.
But it is really smooth and very fast,good try guys.

This rom is great once the bugs get sorted out it will be agreat rom to flash , i mean you gave marshmallow in it . I flashed this rom on Nitro A310 and it worked (i mean other than the bugs)
please sort out the bugs fast

Installation Instructions
Download and put the ROM zip in your phone.
You must use a SELinux enabled recovery. (CWM 6.0.5.1, TWRP 2.8/3.0). If not install that first and then proceed.
Go to recovery, wipe data/cache. (Yes you will need to do a data wipe even if you are upgrading from CM-13 to incorporate ROM changes).
Flash ROM.
Flash contacts app fix .
(Optional) Flash the overclocked kernel .
(Optional) Flash gapps.
Reboot.

It looks fine to me now, the bug which would happen after using brightness slider does not happen now, and notifications are responsive unlike cm-12.1.

If you didn't know... RIL provides phone and radio services. Which is broken so, sim isn't detected.
