i flashed a theme chooser zip via phiztouch but no sucess,i dont have a themes option
can anyone give me a touchwiz theme chooser flashable zip that compatible with stock android 5.0

You can intall the Theme Chooser Themes on the Market e use themes on your stock rom.

If rom hasn't theme chooser,you cannot instal themes.
But if it has,just install theme apk,and use it in theme chooser.
If you want to install themes,flash rom that supports theme chooser,like CM9.

If you mean the theme selector from aosp and aokp that's not going to happen. There are a few themes available have a look at the themes and apps section or try a modded stock ROM like alliance which has loads of options
