Can any body point me to the right direction to mod my navigation buttons on my htc one m8 to match my home screen?

If you are rooted there is an app in the play store and here to change your nav keys, I use it and it works great..

Can someone please point me in the right direction as to what else I need to modify to get the slide controls looking like the one in ICS? I have modified the horizontal_progress.xml to change the colors and shape but cant get the track skinny. Its still wide like stock. Some help here would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there,
With the HTC one X+ that has only 3 buttons in the bottom i cant get any full screen in alot of applications.
Whatsapp, Twitter, Games u name it, all have this black option bar on the bottom or side.
Is there any way to fix this?
I know i need it for different apps, but isnt it possible to slide it so it can be enabeled/disabeled?

Hey guys, I don't know if this is in the right category so I apologize if its not. I've been having this problem with YouTube on my HTC One M8 where the Softkeys and Nav bar still show in a video from time to time and won't go completely full screen, I am rooted with no Roms or Kernals and have S-Off but I doubt that makes any difference. I do have Softkeyz but if this was the problem wouldn't it always be like that instead of sometimes? Has anyone any idea what this is or how to fix it?

For some reason, Tapatalk widgets are not supported on this device, which seems really weird. If anyone knows a workaround, it would be very useful.
For the second time now, I have encountered a bug on my phone that causes the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen to suddenly stretch out.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
For now, I have been able to work around it by switching between having three navigation buttons and using gestures in the settings to fix it.
