Try another service center. This time do not tell about 5.0.2. Just give the phone "phone is not turn on after 4.4.4 update". Don't mention anything. I have also same problem but I got motherboard for free.

(help) Brick moto maxx

Hello , I need your help , I have a Moto Maxx ( xt1225 ) was using the RR 5.1.1 Rom , just not liking it and doing Downgrade for kit kat , but I knew I could not have the First two commands rom because the device would go into brick , through a tutorial to follow here on the site managed to put it in the fastboot screen but he says that with the locked bootloader and does not accept nor a command that I try to send it recognizes the mfastboot devices command but the error trying to send the rom commands or do the bootloader unlock again , wanted to know if my case is hopeless , if I really have to send switch the device board
I wish I could send a picture of how the device is but I am unable to post links

Cannot validate system image

So i am here because my device Moto E 2nd Gen 4G ( Indian Dual Sim XT1521) is not booting up. I had a rooted device with bootloader unlocked but i got an update to android 5.1(OTA) and it was not able to install on my device as it was rooted.
So i decided to revert to stock firmware. My device was running android 5.0.2 at that time but i flashed 5.1 firmware of the same model no. And relocked the device.
But from here the problem started,my device is not booting up now. in bootloader logs it shows can't validate syaytem image and it is now stuck in fastboot mode. Now please tell me what should ido now. :crying:

Moto E 2015 XT1527 Hard Brick

This morning I tried to update a Moto E 2015 to Marshmallow manually (Via ADB) and this happened to me!
The mobile now stays in bootloader mode, I tried to flash 6 images either 5.0.2, 5.1 and 6.0 by ADB or RSDLite but it does not come out of there (The only recovery that works is 5.0.2)
Note that I have the bootloader completely locked.
PS: I never started the phone, I went directly to flash it, so I can not unlock the bootloader by never activating the unlock via OEM.
PS2: It baseband is M8916_20236.23.03.21.01R SURNIA_TMO_CUST

Is your phone a really TMO XT1527 variant?Because TMO XT1527 does not have a 6.0 update. If yes try this.
Try to flash original rom you were having using fastboot and not adb.
Try 5.0.2 rom, download it from given link (https://firmware.center/firmware/Mo...2_LXI22.50-32_cid9_subsidy-CCAWS_CFC.xml.zip)
and then try following:-
in the bootloader mode go to factory mode and press the power button about 30 - 40 times your phone should boot up and then you can go to settings and enable developer options , OEM Unlock and you can unlock the bootloader and flash the stock rom again.
If no then download suitable firmware from https://firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto E (2nd gen-2015)/Stock/XT1527/ for your XT1527. and follow above steps
Reply me what happened and hit thanks if you are successful
