Disable vibration on stock (non gmail) app

Is it possible to disable the vibration when receiving a new email on the Samsung email app, not the Gmail application.
I can't find it in the settings of the app itself.

VoIP SMS/call app???

Looking for a VoIP SMS/CALL app for android that when sending a SMS will hide the phone number but display only a predefined ID name to the recipient! Is there a app like that? Thanx

I don't know if it has all the specifics you require but I've been using GrooveIP for a long time and like it. It will use WiFi or your cellular data connection. Have a look at it in the Play Store.
Edit: I forgot to mention this app uses your Google voice number.

[Q] dialer button question

So I've used Youmail and now Google voice for years for voicemail, and i have a Galaxy s4, in the dialer they have a voice mail button that opens the stock vm app, is there anyway to assign it to open Google voice or any other 3rd party vm app?
