Download this file and than rename it to update.zip
Than place it to root of sdcard means not in any folder
Than click on settings/about phone/software update
Click check for update. Phone will automatically detect that update.zip file

Download rom from above link and open carliv touch recovery.
Go to wipe menu and do a preflash. Dont reboot
Move back and click on install zip select rom file and flash.. Done

Download rom from above link than extract it
u will see folder with name something like Ctr 2012
cut this folder and paste it to Clockworkmod/backup folder.
its where there are ur backups.
now open recovery than do a preflash than go to
backup and restore than click on restore
select my backup file than after completion click on install zip
and flash E4 patch.zip
