Firstly, you take all responsibility for using this work.
Love flashing ROMs and find it a hassle finding a computer and the time to reinstall genuine LG G3 firmware?
This ROM is for you!
This ROM lets you install the latest v20i european firmware without a computer but by using TWRP. And it is already rooted!
Steps:
1. Download the file
https://mega.nz/#!QYlh3Q7J!1cKq244pEOwD7GmyWbQzYkXBEt2_kKemzqEEGvHUkVI
2. Unzip it using your favourite file explorer. I use Root Explorer!
3. Place the contents in the following location (create folder if necessary!):
/storage/emulated/0/TWRP
4. Reboot into TWRP recovery
5. Factory reset
6. Click 'restore' and select the nandroid backup.
7. Boot into the latest v20i firmware with root!

For what I know the 20I is the newer for EUR. Looks like the changelog is bigger

Yes, in UK, where I am, 20i is the latest ota version. Using this method saves loads of time so feel free to use, or not
Can someone point me out a changelog for LG OTA updates? Can't seem to find any.

can you replace this baseband (radio) with international baseband (20p) ?
to see what's the different if use regional baseband and international baseband.
I think the v20p thread had a list of ota changelog. You can flash another modem baseband if you have the zip file.

Music app appears to be broken/nonfunctional. May be because I didnt flash the user data.
At first look, appears that some of the graphical glitches/slowness are gone, may just be an artifact of being a "clean" install.

Yes, if you extract the rom.zip the radio.img is in there
Uuhm ...
What is this exactly? Is it just the radio that is relevant? Cause we already have that Version
It isnt a ROM that is for sure...

Hi, I'm a noob at this rooting thing
I made a mistake and bought cheap Chinese Razr Maxx which have Google stripped off from the OS.
The model is XT910 and ran 4.1.2 with build 6.7.2_GC-384.
I tried the root tool from this thread. But afraid of continuing because of this part (see screenshot):
{

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
It says "if error, EXIT NOW". Since it says "FAILED" on 4th line, I close the tool.
I also tried other tool like SuperOneClick, Bin4ry, EasyRootICS, Zergrush, and DroidRazrRoot. All doesn't work.
Any solution?
Thanks

Hi, the download link in that post seems to be broken
The mediafire page said this:
The file you attempted to download is an archive that is part of a set of archives. MediaFire does not support unlimited downloads of split archives and the limit for this file has been reached. MediaFire understands the need for users to transfer very large or split archives, up to 10GB per file, and we offer this service starting at $1.50 per month.

One of the poster in that thread said that I can download it by "adding all link to your account", but it seems there is no option for that.
It seems that you don't are using the same rom that the package is for. Cann you change the rom you are using to the China retail we are using? It woould works flawlessly!

Maybe magisk? Since SuperSU is pretty much dead. Just a suggestion.
SuperSU is installing system mode, and you likely need to patch the boot.img and other things magisk patches (like dmverity)
Either flash clean stock firmware first, or unsu by Osmosis.

You're using an old SuperSU too. If you must use SuperSU, use 2.82 SR5 from this post.
SuperSU should work on Android versions up to 7.1.
But I recommend magisk.
Make sure your TWRP is up to date too.

With the first updates starting to roll out for the S23 series i know there will be people looking to get it before the OTA hits their phone. If you flash from a carrier version to U1 yes but you need to use patched Odin for that. Regular Odin won't change your CSC.
