Ok its five years later, but now I think this actually would be a cool idea. Since Qt 5 (in witch Minitube is written) is ported over to Android it may be possible. Also Minitube could be the first FOSS Youtube Player on Android, witch than would be distributable on F-Droid.

The apps look great, I would love to have this pack rather than the original one, but it isn't working with 20150430, are you planning on updating the package? Looks great anyway
