We have existing C code which works well with linux/sqlite with ext2/3/4 file system.We would like to port the application into android as an system tool/app. It will be an free/open source app.
Can anyone help me ,how should we go about this? I tried to install sdk/ndk ,but I prefer to work with a experienced professional rather than doing myself.

I would like to share with you that this procedure gave me the manufacturers of capacitive touchscreens to integrate with Touchscreen USB driver module EETI on Android systems .
I ask a favor to people who can help me to compile a new kernel with the usb driver for my touchscreen MINIX NEO X7.
I hope to find help here a serious and concrete saw that a member of xda , aka brakke97, has behaved very badly , offering help to compile a new kernel with the touchscreen driver , but after I 've sent the procedure and files disappeared definitively .

My project is to have a CarPC with this plarform and my problem is the USB Touch screen , I know I have contacted different suppliers of capacitive touchscreen , and finally I have received 7 "USB touchscreen compatible with Windows 8 + and Android 4.0 +
For to work in Android platform The need of the driver integrated into a "new image " for my X7 Minix , and the supplier gave me a complete procedure for this driver integrated into a new kernel , but the problem is that I do not know how I can do .

My advice for you is to go on freaktab site to ask for help to: wasser or d33 or finless those are very good and they already had the source code and they do builds for minix series.

you can turn off / disable cores in an app called redmi note 2 tool. you can find it in playstore. i tried every single app but the only one which worked is redmi tool. you can set touch boost value, active cpu cores, governors, io, and some others...

Note 27/04/2016 : In other phone (lg g2 d805) , i use this theme (https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/how-to-password-protect-twrp.321491/) to put password in recovery !

i got my new phone nokia lumia 540 ( there is no sub forum for it) , with windows phone 10 installed , i need to move my whatsapp backup from my android phone to my windows phone ( via backup acc's or files)??
anyone got any idea how to do that??!!!
also i need call recorder ( cant find free one on store) also the call recorder integrated with OS not available , any help i will appreciate that (other forums , websites , links r expert in windows phone like here plz tell)

I think you can't. Wp is a different os than android or ios

I really don't know is this right forum but I really need somebody's help....
I just upgraded my S8+ to Android Pie and my OpenVpn client stopped working. I have tried to google it but don't know sure if it is common problem or just problem of my ROM. I am using Alex Rom v7.5 and I 've asked this also there but haven't got any answer.
So... do you know is this common problem for Android 9 or just me? I get an error that app cannot get the permission to use the vpn.
I haven't found a way to manage that. I have openvpn server at home and before this everything has been worked just fine.
Also my Nordvpn client do not work also...
Anybody knows more?
