Hello XDA Users
I want to share PlayStation 1 Bootanimation for our XPERIA SP, I edited Bootanimation from XPERIA Z1 on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2798724
You can see the video on original thread
Instructions/Installation :
Download the file and paste the zip into /System/Media using a file manager with root privileges. You must overwrite the original one. I suggest that you make a backup of it.
Change permissions to 0644 (-rw-r--r--).
You can also use this APP to do the same: Boot Animations ★ root
Reboot and enjoy!
sorry for my english
Thanks to @Rhadamg @Drakomord for instructions :fingers-crossed:
Thanks for test @acatoan on AcroS
Download on Attachment
Press THANKS button if you LIKE:fingers-crossed:
Great work. It fits very well on XSP. It'd be great if we could set a sound for this boot. Is this even possible ?
Sorry for my very bad English

Just use Volume UP button. It work also for bootsound. When you have app sounds (not call volume but aplications volume) disabled you will not get boot sound at all.
All sounds are set at max level, but still no bootsound. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Have you set right permissions to file?? rw-r--r-- ??
Yes, of course. I don't know. I have never heard any bootsound in my device.

Try using Volup button during boot.
Try also put this bootanimation.zip to data/local
Try add to build.prop
ro.config.play.bootsound=1
But I think CM not support bootsound at all.
Thanks @smogf for helping
I tried everything. Like you said, it propably isn't supporting bootsounds. But thank you for help

You need a modified initrd.img file at least.
Your question has already been answered multiple times on this forum - use search first then ask.

Systemless root allows for remote system files change (external folder for modified files). Read up on that. If you come up with the solution then be sure to share it with us

Example.... http://www.lgbbs.com:41/thread-295-1-1.html
So next time please use google

flashable zip:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/g2-mini/development/rom-5-0-2-v20b-flashable-zip-t3222213
kdz:
http://lg-firmware-rom.com/download-firmware.php?f=353427061734123
Next time use the forum search option
Edginess aside, here (g2m forum) we don't refer to it as TOT but as kdz...
As first check for what is tot file (for use board diag tool in 3.99c variant 2), what is QLoader 9008/9006 mode and why i can't use zip/kdz flash files. And don't write anything more if you can't help.
