Note 4 (and a lot of newer phones) are not compatible with Substrate. Why do you use it? You can use Xposed, is pretty much the same as Cydia for iOS.

I have an android phone and all my freinds have iphones with games center and ios specific apps; when they play games together I cant because I dont have game center. is their a way to run ios on my phone or is their a way to get iphone apps on my phone
iOS cannot be installed on Androids, but i think reverse is possible. Also, you can get iOS look on your android through launchers and apps, like Espier Launcher, QQ Launcher is also good.

Yeah sure, here you go.
Double sided tape and an ios device will do the job just fine.
why you want install ios on an android device? you cant, because ios is closed it only work on a specific platform, it cant be ported
Actually ios can be ported to an android device, but extremely difficult

Okay, actually it is partly possible.. U CANT install IOs on android devices, but what u could do is take and iphone, and an android device (both same size if possible). U get all the **** out of the Iphone and put it into your android device .
PS: the percentage of your android phone and iphone dying is 99,99%.

That's kewl's cm.
That is modded touchwiz there has been a build.prop modification to look like it is 4.4. But actually it is 4.1 and nova launcher has been used to male it look like 4.4.1 again a fake rom
Gosh man... I really had my hopes up... Nobody is making a kitkat rom for us... That's just sad...

Yes,and it sells well in China too--it had occupied the 1st selling for almost a year...And I got the 8th stock update on 6.27 which has the version i8552zcame1(still on JB).

I'm a Noob to android rooting and flashing, and have been trying to find a rom which would help me move to android 4.4 rather than just editing the buildprop file. My primary reason for doing this to run incompatible apps and use the MiBand as a wearable notifier. Anybody has any suggestion? I would really appreciate some help from people who are far more experienced in the field

This device don't have 4.2 or upper usable yet . You can find CM or MIUI but with any bugs to fix

For using unique things sometimes we need to take risk.
You can try this when your device will 2years old. And that time hopefully it worth for you

There's a large majority of people with the phone that don't have the ability to root. Why in the hell would it scare people? Not having root in the title is really just wasting peoples time.

on S20U doesnt work this way

Of you can. With VMOS PRO I was able to play the game at EXTREME framerate
