Compatibility:
This build has been tested and is for the Global/AT&T/T-Mobile versions. Verizon and Sprint versions will come soon.
The build is based off the HTC's Android 5.1 firmware, binaries and kernel.

Installation:
- Reboot to recovery (TWRP by @Captain_Throwback)
- Wipe /system /data and /cache
- Install the zip package.

I realize everything is still in development, but I'm curious as to if you intend on updating to the 5.1 HTC firmware before exiting "beta", or if you intend to let the "official" build do that.

We indeed are going to update the firmware to 5.1, we are waiting for HTC to drop the kernel source in order to do that.

Because I'm not a dev, I'll ask about the fact that ViperOneM9 3.0.0 has support for the 2.6 firm, and they're doing this same as you? Without kernel source?

I've already updated my firmware to the latest one in anticipation of this ROM! Does this mean I need to downgrade to the 1.4** version or can I still install this?

Have no on screen keys after last crash reboot.. Any ideas on how to get them back??

Long pressing power button to access advanced reboot menu results in forced closes and the system reboots. It is happening every-time I repeat it. I had to download TWRP Manager to access recovery..
I think I will need to allow more time before considering this as a daily driver but thanks for the Rom nonetheless..

That's strange. Will look into it.
This build is just what I'm using + an extra repo sync.
Perhaps that might be causing that. I'm away right now, will update the build again with the fix tomorrow.
