Yes, great work on the boot as well. I was curious bc in the past I have received the official Moto boots pretty early. Weird that i did not receive this one. Seems odd that they would push it now since Xmas is over. Maybe they wont.

Does anyone have an installable version of the stock Mms app with the updated icon? I'm referring to the one on the 2015 X and the one that the 2013 X got when it got 5.1 . Thanks in advance!

I just put in priv-apps, in system, changed permissions and now is working fine.

How do you install them? I would like to get the new messaging app as well, and the new Moto Display with the Music settings. I need help with the priv-app permissions. I would be really grateful!! I am rooted on my moto x 2nd gen Pure Edition, but I have android 4.4.4 stock Rom on it, if it would work on that rom????

That was covered earlier (see post 10). And the apps are developed for and from a 5.1.1 ROM.
