Bro i did the same tried to flash custom rom on HItech Amaze Tab bt firstly i found the stock rom from vendor and then thought to change it..bt the mother****er vendor gave me wrong stock rom i flashed custom rom it was bricked better say hard bricked with help of Test point i manage to on it and flash that custom rom bt my screen turn to white n notification light to BLue even after several flashing still white screen and blue light dont knw wat to do...u have faced this problem in 2013 i guess u must have found sm success in recovering it..if so plz do reply..bro i need ur help..!!

i have X405 and X403 and X907
and i'm so contrite about bought them.... cause there is no support
and i can't update any of them cause there is no bootloader or recovery mode in them and xtouch.ae said there is... but nooooooooooooooooo there is not

u can port roms from micromax canvas a110
bcoz of same processor
and yes u can get kitkat update because canvas a110 is getting a 4.4 update so u can port it to your device

yes we can port but i have xtouch x1 not x405 so i would need some testing and so on

If you can really get an android 4.4 custom roms going for the xtouch X1 I would be truly appreciative to you forever. I'm an X1 user and I cannot find anything about the X1 phones.

Sorry for the massive delay in reply... I was so caught up with other stuff... Dude how is that ROM working out? I managed to root the Xtouch X1 using the latest version of Framaroot.
Right now I wanna change the recovery to something like Clockworks or whatever is compatible with the Mediatek system. Will the ROM you're working on be something like Cyanogen? Stock Android? How stable is everything now?

dude its stable right now only problem is camera for recovery i have one for x1 if you want i can provide it to you its cwm based touch recovery but it has some issue like touch screen is not properly calibrated so for that you have to first use buttons to navigate and then after that you try to use on screen buttons
and for the rom its called MIUI you can visit miui.com to check their videos and awesome features it has

First of All, This is wrong forum, you are posting about MMX A91 in Quattro forum, read Forum rules before posting.
Rare chance of USB On The Go support for this model with stock OS, or even with Custom OS.
