Hello trying to upgrade my xoom to custom rom...i have installed twrp and rom to sd card but when i go into recovery to flash them theres no sd card mounted it says any help thanks

Hey guys I flashed cm7 to my nook tablet earlier from a microsd card and in doing so it tricked my nook into thinking that the external sd card is the internal sd.. When I use root browser lite and select sdcard or ex-sdcard both folders are empty, so I downloaded a recovery image and flashed my nook back to stock (or at least I thought I did) but when I try and re-installed cwm to flash cm7 again it says there is no sd card mounted and when I open root browser lite again the directories are both empty.. So at this point I have no idea what else to do so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx guys!
I wanted to flash a Custom ROM via custom recovery but got error It cant mount SD card. I choosed flash update via externel storage.
One thing: I dont have a SD card and put the ROM in my phones storage [so internal]
How can It mount the internal storage????

But after installing the CWM when i am accessing the recovery mode and trying to zip from the sd card itis giving error.
failed to mount the SD card
failed to mount internal SD card ( if i am trying to use internal SD card)
My SD card is working fine.
Pls help me.

format sd card both in NTFS & FAT32 but no result, the sd card is detected and work but doesn't appear in CWM...!!!
any help?
It's not under /legacy? If not, then either try a different recovery or put the rom zip on the internal storage vs external if you have both.

Only Its Showing Internal Storage,, I Want To Flash Stock ROM On My Device, So I've Placed Stock ROM On My SD Card, Then I Boot Into Recovery Mode Then I Wiped Data And Cache Then I Tap On Apply Update From SD Card It Doesn't Show SD Card...
