I'm looking for anyone who knows of or can help me make a port of nethunter to work on n900p. I'm currently on 5.0 don't think that will make a difference since a custom Kernel is required for nethunter and to use that I do have a custom recovery. Anything worth knowing helps.

I installed cwm from ROM manager and if I try to install any ROM other than tw base it tells me the ROMs are not supported for my device and lists off the ones it will work for. Anyone have this problem and or know how to fix the issue?

You installed CWM for a different variant most likely. Make sure you have the one for i605 or just get it off their website.
My note 2 went in for a screen replacement and the guy broke my lcd, so back to my rez until its fixed, I'm running hawknest v9 Rom and xposed won't install, anyone know how to get xposed installed?
I missed this little sense having awesomeness.

That ROM is very old, you should upgrade to EclipticRez or something newer (most JB based ROMs work well)... If you are stuck on that, my guess you will need to find an Xposed flashable ZIP that you can flash via recovery, or possibly try updating SuperSU/SuperUser (I don't remember what Hawknest uses) and try the install from the app.
Why do you need Xposed on a custom ROM, it is intended for stock ROMs?

I'm on eclipticrez v9 which is the latest I could find, some apps I use need xposed.
I updated supersu and root, but I think it's just the Rom.
Where might I find a flashable xposed?

Google... I haven't used Xposed in years, sorry, can't be of much help there, just make sure it's specifically for ICS, and you can only use certain modules compatible with ICS, not all will work.

I see, well I've only got a few days left using this phone if my note 2 isn't broken for good.

I'm trying to edit a kernel in which I've built for my ROM that's needed to boot. Every time I edit it though it boots into download mode upon booting it. Can anyone help me in this regard, thanks.

I have a rooted j320az through cricket. I was able to obtain root using wondershare for pc. What would it take to get twrp ported over? The guy who came up with how to root was looking into it and kinda disappeared. I will be happy to make a nice donation for twrp and also for anyone who could port over a custom rom.
Also this may be a dumb question but i was curious if i could use the twrp for j320p or maybe even the galaxy grand prime?
I think we could use 1 of those recoveries, it just has to be 5 inch 720p panel like our amp primes.

According to this.........http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f898/sm-j320az-2112564/
We already have a working Recovery. TWRP. Look towards the bottom. The top says sm-j320az which is our amp prime, towards the bottom there's a file TWRP tar. I downloaded it, someone posted and says it's working. What u think? I don't want to mess up my phone. It's all I got right now.

Hey, there's a website for CWM, it's a build your own recovery site. That may be our ticket to recovery.

So I really need a custom recovery for this thing, has there been a breakthrough?
