Hi,
I'm facing problem of installing latest Sony Music 9.0.0.A.0.1 apk manually. The last version Walkman 8.5.A.3.2 installed correctly. But no higher version is being install after that version. Is there any restrictions Sony implemented in their latest Sony Music apk builds? Same problem also arises in Sony Album too. I have tried to install apk from this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2728110&page=31. But no luck.
How to install the Sony Music 9.0.0.A.0.1 apk in yureka devices with lollipop version 5.0? Thanks in advance.

You should not create directories. Are you using any app like root explorer to navigate inside root folder?

I recently flashed the international ROM onto my AT&T HTC One, and found the flashlight application found on the International HTC One very nice. I have no Idea why this wasn't in the AT&T varient, but it sure would be nice to have that ported over the the AT&T version, as the 3 levels of brightness are very nice to have, as I had to go back to the AT&T Rom due to some Play store issues.
Could you just extract it from the zip of the other Rom and paste it into system and set permissions?
Edit: I just did this- worked like a charm. Extracted it from the TrickDroid ROM I have on my SD card. Copied, pasted to system/app, set perms to rw-r--r--

EDIT: I tried doing the same thing, downloaded the tricky rom and extracted the apk. Problem is when I go to put it in the system/app folder and changing permissions, after rebooting it disappeared. I tried doing an install on the app by clicking it and found that it errors out with a "app not installed." Was there anything else needed to get the flashlight working?
EDIT: I got it working. I actually extracted the apk from the STOCK odex International rom that Android Revolution HD used. Found here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2224752
After that I extracted the apk that was in "One_1.29.401.13_odexed.zip\data\preload" and copied to "/data/app" instead of "/system/app" and changed to said permission above "rw-r--r--". Works great now.

you don't need to be rooted to install these.
just download them on your device then click them. it should ask you to allow unknown sources.
go to settings > security > tick the unknown sources box
then install the apps.

Mate, tried the app (installed in /system/priv-app/HwCamera) but it crash. So I try to find the problem and i got that libHwPostCamera_jni.so in /vendor/lib64 is missing. So i extracted the missing file in stock emui rom and the camera is working now.
Btw, I used p10 plus. I attached the missing file.
If someone want to try, just copy to /vendor/lib64 and set to 644 permission

Those who are facing any problem while using any root browser, the best option will be Mixplorer, which is available in our XDA forum, no need to set permission, just copy the file, permission gets set automatically.

Yeah, a flashable zip would be nice. Unfortunately, there aren't many people who also like MIUI 11s launcher.
Install the two apk below.
Move them from /data/app to /system/priv-app.
Reboot, and you'll be able to use the MIUI Launcher.

Hi and sorry for replying to this old post.
This launcher works great but does anyone know how to get the latest version of this system launcher port from mi 8?
Actually I found it if anyone's interested. I extracted the apk from the latest miui eu for mi 8 from a thread here in xda and just placed the apk in the directory as @mario123m said above. It works great and also has the option to use the google feed in the left screen if you want that instead of app vault.
Here's the apk if anyone wants it:
