after watching this thread i hv changed my mind of buying 4G model(XT1521) and going for 3G model(XT1506).. hope this rom works on that:fingers-crossed: and you mentioned that its stable i.e. NO Bugss Right????

Dual sim working, bugs: crash only youtube. what more is a lot of stability.

You might want to reconsider that. Really sacrificing a much better processor and gpu in LTE model. The 3G version has only a Snapdragon 200 processor ,at least if it was a Snapdragon 400 then it would have been OK. Rethink

Nice rom...... fluid and fast.......
And yes floating windows right from head up notification is awsome like can directly reply a msg on whtsapp without closing our previous screen and hence is fast

The button on the side of the phone to change the notification mode.
in rr roms the super su is already present in the settings but i checked the thred so in this rr i have to flash it????

It´s only recommended to have the newest version, but you don´t need to do it.

Flashed with last TWRP eng.stk recovery with Slim Gapps and all worked fine.
Once booted the ROM stays some minutes with a message about "preparing Contacts", next that, the Setup Wizard starts.
However, I have a problem. I'm getting a red square at the border of the screen, that appears and disappears.
I have tried disabling some settings from Developer Settings but I can't disable it.
Any clue?

Strict mode is on by default, but in dev options it shows as off. Changing this to on or off doesen't seem to matter

Try to add this to the Build.prob:
persist.sys.strictmode.visual=0
persist.sys.strictmode.disable=1
The rom is not smooth. I mean cm13 is way smoother than this, I even changed governors but still no use.
I think you need to use some optimization flags while building.

To Enable Root Access:
Use LineageOS addonsu for root access :
- Root access is no longer included by default so for that you need to
- Download the addonsu for arm : LineageOS Downloads / Extras
- Flash the zip on a working RR installation (once)
- Reboot later
- Go into Settings, About Phone. Tap "Build number" 7 times.
- Go back, open Developer options. Change "Root access" option.
Note :-
Here are some basic rules you guys need to know before posting issues
DO NOT report issues if you didn't do full wipe
If you have issues then please mention your model number and variant and also if youve flashed any additional mods
Provide logcats if you have any FCs or bootloops
DO NOT report issues if you flash custom kernel
Do NOT post information and features and comparison of other ROMS
Flash GAPPS after every release to avoid issues with Google apps FCs
DO NOT ask for ETA PLEASE provide logs if you have any sort of issues.

No cm havent merged it yet so nope ,not yet. Will be merged soon
I have installed this rom since 4 days ago
It is the most customizable rom for Android
everything works fine and Its 2X faster than version 5.7.1 marshmalow
Ram management is good and 300-400 MB free without Gapps
Call Blocker is missing but who cares
Unfortunately ,Seperate ring and notification volume is missing
I am very happy with this rom

best rom for xperia sp .. very nice , so many customization.. very nice ,,,
just one issue ..No sound in music if notification arrived from mobile broadcast or some other apps ???music is running but no sound ... I need to re insert the Headphone to get sound ...any solution???

Okay friend .. any solution to disable notification led light .. plzz inform ..its draining my battery..
I was using this rom for a few days, and it's just what i was looking for: speed and stability of cyanogenmod combined with a lot of functions, and customisations.
There are some really small bugs, like:
- invisible "lte" option in quick settings,
- i couldn't find LED options
- showing temperature option in RR settings doesn't work
But theese are not important and irrelevant. It's a great rom. Thanks

make sue you have turned off auto update from play store / auto sync/live dispay /ambian display/auto brightness/gps/ etc
that will help you to save battery .. but its confirm rom is eating battery faster during WIFI on

Bugs:
at first boot font size was too big.
lags sometimes more(more than stock rom or other custom roms like aokp) to open up app or open up keyboard.

@chaubeyprateek is volte working in this ROM? cuz you have not mentioned it anywhere except the title & no screenshots show volte, that's why I was asking. I asked him via PM & he confirmed that volte is working.

RR is the most feature-rich ROM in all Custom ROMs.Though this ROM is stable (obviously with all those bugs which're there with other a6020 ROMs), it lags much. Any update with smooth graphics will be great. Till that I'm back to LineageOS.

Is it stable as aokp coz I always go for RR.....what bugs did you find in the build uploaded by Anderson mendes ....I am not worried about the kernel since I can use LM kernel or extract it from the aokp zip file

I flashed the last firmware from developer ROM (miui_MI5SPlusGlobal_7.4.14_d29a6c6343_6.0) I created my own recovery zip to flash firmware only.
I build RR myself and everything works fine, but using the official build Nfc is not working.
Has this official build all the patches by Luk1337? https://review.lineageos.org/#/q/statuspen+topic:natrium

Hi,Just flashed the rom,but I found a crucial bug on my mi 5sp, I cannot use my two sim cards at the same time, that means each time I can only use one of my card, are there anyone who met the same problem ?
In this rom there is the one hand use function?
Does anyone know if this ROM works with both the 6GB RAM model and the 4GB RAM model? I want to buy the 6GB model, but in just in case, I want to make sure which one to buy.

Yes, the ROM will work just fine with either model of the phone.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is the difference between the build of RR in this thread, vs the other RR thread?
Would you recommend this rom over LineageOS? Is it somewhat buggy or laggy?
hi i have used rr rom since i got my phone and everything is fine (except the cameras dont work in stereo mode) but i have tried to update yesterday to 23/5 nightly and i got an error 7 in twrp tried again today with the 25/05 nightly and i got the same error i was using 3.0.2 unofficial twrp but i have updated the recovery to the official 3.1.1-0 version with no change
the message twrp shows before erro 7 is
assert failed xiaomi.verify_modem ("2017-4-13 " ) == "1"
any ideas on the issue?

The kernel supports fast charging or not the previous build of lineage I installed doesn't supported if it supports would pls post screen shots of battery charging

Works fine But volte call using jio Indian carrier is not working
I just installed the ROM and works everything fine and finger print is also added the bug in lineage and the rom is excellent and I noticed mainly 2 bugs
1.The calls using Jio carrier in India is not working as IAM trying to call from Jio it automatically ends the call and the other carriers working fine.
2.Fastcharging is not working as it takes so much time to take charging compared to stock kernel. According to my thought kernel must be changed .
If these 2 are fixed then it will be awesome to use for daily life..

Hey, good work, but the battery is very bad... 3% in 5 minutes is crazy... Unfortunately the battery is terrible with this room... Can you tell me how to enable root in this room? Thank you.

If magisk is not working for you then remove it from the rr zip later download su from lineage os link :- https://download.lineageos.org/extras later clean flash rom and also flash su and you'll get root working and you'll get root permission in dev option

All of them uses the same tree as lineage.So, there is no escape.
I have found something that night be a bug... I don't know if anyone else noticed but in the fingerprint gesture, Recents and voice assistant do not work... I assign the right swipe as Recents but when I do the right swipe nothing happens... I don't like using soft nav bar and in stock I was using these gestures instead... Please help...
