Best,download a stock based ROM, open the file and copy the launcher APK from that file
And then instal the Launcher apk on your phone of tablet 😀

Mate had that been that easy, it'd have been already done.
Extracting outta stock rom isn't possible (not with a straightforward process).

Yea I know that that is why I sead I don't know if it is the right one I've look all though my file explorerand can't find it anywhere so it would be help if I knew where to look........

Looked in that and couldn't find it there is something called emergency luncher and I have a s2 luncher available......

-the file lacks any icon? (on my end, it's without any icon)
-isn't there anything else in that folder where the TouchWiz apk was located? In my phone, there's a folder too.

There is one thing that I can recommend download a custom but stock roms and decompile it and get the luncher that way.....
