i checked few ROMs(and kernels) on my Sony Xperia live WT19 ( LWW) here the result:
Stock ICS.587 OC'd CPU @1.4GHZ Kernel mesa 4.8hybrid\lupus6 ,antutu 7700 before OC, 8500 after OC, nemamark2(39fps) Pros: Perfect sound on speakers good n loud, average app speed ,very good network speed Cons: GUI abit slow, average battery drain 7%per hour Idle over night, (with stock kernel its 2-3% but cant overclock cpu) and stock ROM 2.3.6(GB) 1% battdrain
CM9.1.0 ICS @1.4 Antutu 10,000 Kernel: mesa4.8hybrid\CM9, GUI is avarage Apps are fast nemamark2 (50FPS) batt drain 2% per hour, Cons: sound weak, video camera isnt working @ 720P(anyway very buggy)other little few GUI's bugs. (OFFICIAL last "Stable" CM)
CM11.2 KK (201505) @1.4 Antutu 9100 Kernel CM11 ,GUI is very fast might fastest of all. game\apps avarage- nemamark2 (38fps)Cons: Sound on speakers is very bad, low and unclear, (legacyXperia)
In short:
For the people that want games and apps speed should choose CM 9.1
For people that want GUI speed should choose CM11.2
For People that want Camera ,Sound loud and clear should choose stock ROM,(stock kernel for good battery, Lupus6 \ mesa4.8hybrid kernels for abit faster GUI and apps)
didn't check CM12(LP),
10.2(JB)(OFFICIAL LAST CM VER) was very buggy(ever app crash often google play didnt work)

You should check out the last release of cm 10.1 (20140303). I found it to be faster than 11 and less buggy (especially the build-in web browser, also no audio skips here)
BTW I think this thread might be treated like the 'the best/fastest rom' thing they don't like, but hey, you are helping others decide and are comparing rather generic roms.

Hey guys ive been using VillainRom since i rooted my phone and current running the latest 6.2.1 However i thought yesterday it would be worth trying out some different roms.
I tried Cronos Droid, but didnt see any difference at all.
Any1 actually recommend any roms and can give reasons why? At the moment VR is very quick, OCable, and has all the features i can want. (I know it seems stupid as to why i may want to move if i have everything, but feel like i may be missing something)
That new SenseHero could be good as his last one got alot of praise,...
I'm also happily using Villain6,....
Might give the other one a bash later.

LOL,... YEAH RIGHT!?!!
Just flashed SenseHero,... Seems very good on 1st impressions, actually seems a little smoother than Villain,... But its got something called "Autokiller" installed which might be a factor.
The ONLY downside so far (be it a teeny weeny issue) is that there isn't something to show which homescreen I'm currently viewing. But I'l probably forget I even had that after a while.
Looks quite good to be honest.
which version of Sense did u install?
Im just backing up using titanium for my apps and bits before i start switching (already have my nandroid)
Gonna try SuperHero first.
Hi,
I'm tired of waiting htc to release the new 2.1.. so I want to install a custom ROM.
What I need:
- speed
- stability
- OC enabled
- good battery life
- vanilla Android 2.1 (eg: white notification bar)
- gallery 3D w/o bugs
- HTC keyboard
- HTC Dialer (if not, i can use DialerOne)
- HTC browser 2.1
- working GPS
- flash (lite) support
- snooze/dismiss alarm via lockscreen. snooze alarm via volume buttons
What I don't need:
- Apps2SD
- JIT cos it's buggy ATM
What do you recommend me?
Thanks

Well if it is, he's done a better job than it's own dev's.
I found villainROM to have quite a few bugs.
Although senseHERO still has a few bugs they're minor compared to the ones i had running on villain, and Sense has a smoother, friendlier UI hence the change over.
Both good, solid ROM's in they're own right but for me it's sticky's work that wins it.
Sorry villain team.
You might pull me back one day.
Different strokes for different folks.
Build info:
- Android 2.2.1 / X10i-TripNRaVeR 1.0
- BETA 1.0
Works:
- Call
- SMS
- Data (G, 3G, HSDPA, HSUPA etc.)
- GPS
- WiFi
- Bluetooth
- Audio
- Hardware video decoder
- Mount Sdcard to PC
- Market
Don't work:
- Camera
- App2sd (?)
Added:
- Adobe Flash
- Adobe Air
- Keyboard from TripNMiUI rom
Notes:
Camera is reconized by Froyo, it says "X10 camera" and displays some info. So personaly i think it won't take much longer to get it working.
I release this rom so that in the final version (will it ever be final?) there aren't anymore bugs, or only a couple of 1, 2 maybe.
Hope you like this new version, its finally capable of playing some nice High-Def vids and even Youtube doesn't lag anymore.
The only thing thats left about the decoder is that it sometimes flickers, its really maybe 1 at a 100 times of watching a video.

Trip check your pm
Rom is 100% except camera.Video is awesome
what about performance?
linpack and quadrant scores?
sounds good, and what is the different to the other 2.2.1 roms? are there any?
quadrant 776 ,BenchmarkPi does not define
Linpack: ~32k
Quadrant: ~830
--
Bugs:
- Few random reboots (all related to SD Card), 1st when installing apps from market, 2nd when using Google GPS navigation, then while doing some Titanium restore
- Video does work ok, but still a little bit laggy compared to SE 2.1 (anyway, GREAT work)
hello, quickly some bugs:
- skype logout reboot the phone
- quadrant score 800 (could be 1600)
- can't install neocore benchmark, always getting "unsuccessful" message
+ looks stable, I will test it for few days
I get no further then the boot screen android, it's sleeping time and have an try tomorrow. any suggestion what it could be that I not can further then the boot android screen ??
Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
Amazing!
i installed the rom and eveything is fine !. The only things i could say are the Video playing adn a little bit of lag in general. Everything else is fine. USB mounting ok and market too
Quadrant= 740
Linpack= 34k
PD: Is JIT enabled already? or it isn't? Just Asking
Tried three times with same results. Nothing works, at all. Not even a basic network signal. Everything crashes, and I mean anything I try to run.
Tried the usual tricks, no help.
All my apps were intact, but each force closes as soon as it runs.
Oh and my market is gone, not even an apk in app directory.
Work tomorrow and I need my phone so restored my 2.1 backup. I will have another go tomorrow night.
Keep up the good work mate.

Technically it is worse because you are only seeing 210 display px an inch instead of 240 display pixels an inch.
Good luck anyway.
Yes that is true, but the actual look on the phone isn't that bad.
nice! i hope it will released soon.
I want to try new roms and make a own rom!
This ROM look promesing. Going t try it when you release it. But i will instantly replace LauncherPro, i hate it
That's the Go Launcher dock if my eyes don't lie...
The Go Team have developed a lot of software to accompany their launcher, and some of it is top notch. It'd be a nice project to try to bring all the Go software in one ROM and replace the stock offerings, not necessarily on this phone but on others.
Damn you are right... but it is a very old version of Go Launcher becouse the actua verson looks like that:
See the difference?
But your posting gave me an idea... maybe i will create somthing like that... lets call it GoUI
I can help you with it a bit if you want.
tthis rom could work on Xperia Play 4G from AT&T???
Yes it is GoLauncher (The latest one ). However, that is not what the actual rom will look like that was just to demonstrate the higher dpi setting.
Do you have a test version ready?
i want to try it

So you will create your own theme right? Does this ROM have something to do with the famous LunarUI CM7 Theme?
if this works on the AT&T version i want to try please.
Yes, I am creating my own theme. (I also admit that I kinda of got the name from LunarUI...). Also this rom is for GSM only. (R800i Europe/UK.etc) So no CDMA as I do not have a CDMA phone.
AT&T versión its a GSM versión, so a could flash this rom?
If it is a GSM version then yes
Looks awesome, May even consider switching from Stock to this as long as its maintained. Very cool.
Progress:
5% Creating dump of system
ok i want the file to install it, its with CWM or how?
The file isn't available yet . Yes, it will be a CWM flashable zip.
Progress
Build.Prop Tweaks Added
Hardware Acceleration
Boot Sounds
JIT
Higher Density Display (Show in first thread HD part)
Sleep Mode
Higher interval between wifi scanning (Should help battery)
And a bunch of other stuff to increase wifi and 3g speeds

Do you have any changelogs, etc?

After a whole day, this rom Seems stable and smooth. The battery is almost full (%76). Benchmark is good but less than MEDROID V6.1 but stable (including the ap2sd build in...).
Also used it for one day now, seems really stable!
The only thing I noticed is when you turn on the battery percentage option, the default battery icon doesn't disappear:
Should it be like that? I would prefer the battery icon to disappear cause it saves space in the the status bar.

Hi All.
I have some problem with traffic leaks.
I tried 3 different roms (Original stock, Spring Nano (4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=317166&st=0), NGP_Blue_ROM_LB1_CHRACK_v1.1 ([4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=303776) )
And in all of them my 3g traffic leaks by "OS services + other".
Can traffic leaks by 3g Watchdog?
p.s. I use DroidWall to disable using 3g by all application excluding browser.
p.p.s sorry for poor english

I don't have the ROMs and apps you mentioned guys. Just stock Moto Blur by Motorola razr..
This OS Services consumes half of my data plan and this happened only lately.. Onavo excluded this entry for "restrict to wifi feature."
Still investigating what triggered it. Kindly continue posting if you have updates.
Good luck to us.
