microSD Card showing partial files via USB - Sprint LG G3

I am able to see all the files on the file explorer inside the phone but when I connect it to the usb to view on Windows only some files are shown. It started happening out of nowhere both on ZV8 and ZVA. I unmounted the sd card and I am still unable to see all the files. The PC does recognize the correct file size in the folder, however(500mb but only shows around 100mb) It's currently on MTP mode. What could be the problem?

[Q] Delete corrupted file due to MTP

It took me about an hour with my new baby to find out why I hate MTP.
I copied a movie file from my PC to the S3 using MTP. In the middle of the process my Windows Explorer crashed.
As a result I now got a movie on my sd card which I can't watch, but cannot be deleted either.
Do I really have to format the sd card again? Or is there another solution?
I hope Mass Memory Mode will have a come back on this device.

Driver errors

Anyone else having issues trying to connect there phone into their PC? It was fine and working like it was supposed to. Now i can't get it to be recognized by my PC. It is telling me my MTP cannot start. I have installed drivers and everything.
EDIT: I got it to install the drivers again. I can see my internal and external SD cards being read. I can access them. But when i try to copy a file over to the SD card it tells me "cannot copy item: The device has either stopped working or has been disconnected."
I can copy files from the SD card to the desktop but not the other way around.

Not update files in internal storage.

Why when try see files connecting my device the PC, can not see files in folders copied??.
Reboot PC, reboot phone and not worked. not update files in internal storage.
Any solved this?

sd card recognized, shows available storage, but no files

I just starting have a problem today that I hope someone can help me fix. I was transferring a file from my PC to my phone when I received a "File Cannot be Transferred" notice, and a hanging copy progress screen. So I clicked cancel, safely removed my phone, and unplugged. Now I have nothing showing on my SD, in Storage Settings it displays the card along with an accurate Storage remaining (4.5 GB out of 64 GB), but the file explorer displays no files. I've tried rebooting, unmounting/remounting my card, and still nothing. I went into recovery and can see files and deleted the partially transferred file, when I reboot, the SD card loads, Folder Mount runs and successfully mounts to my SD, I can even go to the file explorer and see files briefly, then within a minute or two.....poof everything disappears. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Error synchronizing file system listing of SD Card on Windows PC via USB

I'm using a Huawei P8 with a MicroSD Card to store my cam images and everything works correctly until today.
I found that I can list all the pictures/files from the "gallery" of Android in my local SD files, but when I connect the SD Memory to my PC via USB and mount the FS, I can explore all the tree of the filesystem and also the path where my files are located, but can't see the last 24 hours files I created with my cam.
These same files can be listed in the "Gallery" of my Phone, as well as I can check the same INTERNAL PATH of Android FS that I reproduce later in Windows Explorer without seeing the same files there, but I can see in Windows the rest of the files of that same SD directory.
Anyone can give me some light on this, please?
