Hi everyone!
I have (what I think is) a huge problem on my phone and after looking in tons of forums for solutions I found that the people here seem to really be able to help me.
I'm new to android phones... So please bare with me...
So I bought this phone in second hand from a friend who was in need of some cash for college (I don't really like to buy used stuff but...), and it came rooted with cyanogenMod7 but I was having trouble cause the phone wouldn't recognize my sd card and I couldn't connect it to my pc so I tryed to change it back to its original settings...
Its a vodafone 845 (huawei U8120)..
A friend of mine tried to help and we found this recovery menu (Clockwork recovery v3) and he chose some format options (format boot, system and data) and now the phone is useless! It still doesn't recognize my SD card or my pc, I can get into this recovery menu again but cant seem to fix the problem!
Other than that all the phone does is show the initial hourglass forever...
I would be so gratefull if someone could help! Thank you in advance!
Hey guys! Today I used Framaroot 1.6.0 to root my phone , everything went ok , phone rebooted etc. Then I turned it off because I had to put in a different sim card , tried to turn it on , Vodafone logo showed up and after that it's just stuck on black screen? Can someone please help me?

TRY THIS
INSTALL CWM/TWRP dEN BOOT INTO RECOVERY MOD.. WIPE CACHE AND DATE/FILES AND GO TO ADVAQNCED>ALSO WIPE DALVIK CACHE...IT SHUD HELP YU... IF NOT DEN FLASHING THE STOCK ROM IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR YOU

i've made a mistake with my vodafone 975... i try to root it and when i reboot the phone, the vodafone logo appears, the turn off and restart... make a loop over and over... I tried to read back the boot.img and recovery.img with spflashtool, but the issue still remain... Plz tell me, if anebody know, where can i found a stock rom for vodafone 975 without nfc...

My friend have this phone, he had problems with reading sd card so he decided to do the factory reset, after that his phone does not turning on. Recovery mode is not working too. What should my friend do? I think that he must instal new firmware but he don't know how to do it. Please help. Thank you. I didn't know what forum section choose.

good morning everyone. I have a problem with my padfone 2. It has some problem with the software, so I try to reset it from the menu on Android "backup&reset". It's the 4.4.2 firmware without root or any modding. Original rom. Now the phone won't boot up, it's stuck on the asus logo with an animated round that seems to searching for something.
Someone knows if I can try to flash another rom to give back life to my phone ?? I can't apply "update from external storage" cause the phone hasn't the SD slot....

This is my first post on XDA so please I kindly ask you to have patience My mum's Vodafone 785 is stuck booting and can't get to boot properly. So far I've factory reset the device and wiped the cache partition, both via the recovery but to no avail. I'll give you some context: apparently the device turned off randomly by itself and since then it couldn't boot again. Any tips please? I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance guys
