can we get otg support in canvas nitro a310/a311 by falshing any zip file or by any app or flashing any custom rom plzz help anyone.....???? :fingers-crossed: if any possibilities are there then plzz tell me..

To use OTG you need hardware support
& hardware of MMX A310/A311 doesn't support
But you can try this because only thing to make OTG work is a power source (of same voltage of that in PC USB) and and then connect OTG cable to power source as well as mobile & then try to mount it in twrp recovery mount option after connecting required items
CM12.1 doesn't support OTG pen drive but supports a USB Keyboard

I don't think its possible, for OTG to work, some hardware is required in the phone. It wont be possible with software only.

This means i wont be able to use OTG on my phone
No development for this phone except for 2 lollipop based roms.

I read an opinion that, after rooting and installing Usb otg helper application the usb drive can be accessed through a good file explorer application. Can you kindly check it and confirm please? If it works, then I am planning to root my device. Thanks in advance.

It is an hardware characteristic that can't be added throug any software...
