I already knew that.
I linked him rizal lovins post so he can check his profile and find threads started by him. It will be easy for him to find.

You've to create some original development works and I guess you need to maintain the thread for not less than 2-3 months and then,you can apply to the developer committee to review your application and if they seem happy with your work,they'll grant you RD title same goes with RC and RT just replace it by contributions and themes respectively :thumbup:
