There is a ported version available already (send the link in next msg) but after flashing it may not work. So after flashing you can simply just update the flashed apps(ie at effect, background defocus, etc). After updating all the apps will work fine except the background defocus(I'm still trying in it)

you must flash the ICS rom with flashtool or recovery....it's the only way!!

Hi, you need to unlock bootloader for your X10 if wanna install higher Version 4.0. Which also means you need to find custom Kernel to flash, to replace your Stock Kernel. Note that Unlocking Bootloader will fully void your Warranty!! Unless you know whatcha doing and ready for it.

Just As BordenG member said (+1 thanks too for pasting those URL links ), these are the famous 4.0 ROMs for X10. Of course, you must download necessary ROMs, Kernels and modules for installing smooth and safe ROM. And also Unlocking Bootloader is a MUST-BE-DONE for getting those ROMs work in your X10 Follow developers' instruction carefully alright Hope Helps.

Hi devs I have ported miui 3.2.2 Rom by xprit by using stock Rom az base but after successful porting when I remove screen lock its showing process.com.android stopped , android keyboard stopped, miui home stopped plz help me to fix it and yaa I have just ported for learning and my personal use so I did not ask permission dats ok na?

If you don't know what is logcat you shouldn't try to port a ROM, anyway there are a lot of guides here on xda explaining what is and how to take logcats.

For keyboard FC: missing library libjni_latinimegoogle.so or app keyboard dictionary missing - solution: flash proper gapps and google keyboard to fix it.
For Miui Home FC: missing library /system/lib/libshell_jni.so, /vendor/lib/libshell_jni.so - solution: add this lib, you can pull it from my build (on which I fixed it) or google it.
Anyway before porting you should learn how to read a logcat and fix things.. with that, good luck with your port!

Excellent ROM. is working in Blu Advance 4. One question i disable the softkeys but the real keys are not illuminating when touched.

Because xperia devices mostly doesn't have hardware button so backlight is disabled by default. And wait i will try to make patch for this also
