It has a stock deodexed rom, not sure if it's rooted or not.
Edit: It's probably rooted.

Great Rom, I had a few issues with reboots but I switched from TW to Nova and the boots went away.

going back to stock
Hi everyone
I am on Insertcoin rom right now. I wanted to go back to stock rom. But i dont know how. I am on the carrier wind in canada. I tried what was posted in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-601/development/collection-kitkat-ota-firmware-t2825216 but it didnt work. its still on insertcoin.

I tryed install Maverick 5.1.1 V8 og6 and have bootlops. i use boh4 bootloader and modem. with what bootloader and modem version you success?

You can install roms made for twrp/cwm recovery but you have to remove modem and bootloader if included. I have og6 rom on my g900f and it works without any problem.
you need to remove some xml files from csc to enable change number for voicemail.
