Install Instruction
Some apps are Flashible including SystemUI, Touchwiz, Keyboard, Browser, Other Apps (5.1.1), SNote, Calculator, My Files.
All other apps must be installed manually.
Install apps like Kids Mode, Optical Reader, STranslator, Smart Switch, Samsung Magnifier, GeoNews, Snapbiz Card as normal apk.
Some system apps must be copied to their specific location i.e. system/apps or system/priv-apps and set permission like SHealth.
Permissions are
For Folder rwx r-x r-x
For libs rw- r--r--
For APKs rw- r-- r--
If you forget to apply permissions from root explorer or want to apply permission from recovery or are tired of restoring again and again from nandroid backup you can use this
Some apps including SHealth, GeoNews, KidsMode, Smart Switch, Smart Remote, Galaxy Apps, Story Album can be updated to S6 one by editing build prop to the same like S6 one.
Bugs
Handwriting in Keyboard.
Some effects in Launcher Settings.
Auto turn off function doesn't work in SMusic.
Sound Alive shouldn't work in SMusic.
Screen Rotation not work in Gallery.
FC when you try to set a wallpaper in Gallery.

Edit: nevermind, I put both folders in system/app and set file and folder permissions . The widget clock shows up but has to be expanded to look OK and doesn't show the weather.
So where in system should I put the s6 weather? Should I delete the old versions?

I flashed the gallery on my 910W8 and no rotation issues but my video preview is not working. I can watch the video once I select it. Anyone else with this issue?

Thanks but it didn't fix it. I cleared cache as well. Any other ideas? I love the S6 Gallery but it would be nice to see my video preview and not have to play the video to see which video it is.

I flashed snote in recovery and process was done without errors but i dont see snote. apk in phone.
Should I try put files manualy in some directory like U suggest upon? Could U explain me how to set perrmision after copying files?
