Hi everybody!
Im having a problem with a MIUI rom for MTK6592.
When phone is powered off and I connect it to charge, the battery animation shows corrupted. (it shows battery image and growing animation shows squared on top-left side)
I suppose that there is a file that control this animation but I cant find it.
logo.bin is OK because with this rom any logo.bin shows corrupted but same logo.bin shows OK whith other roms.
Can someone help me? I want to replace/fix the file that controls this animation.

SOLUTION: REPLACE libshowlogo.so FROM STOCK TO PORT

Hi i hope someone can help , i have just installed freezenooks rom and done the usual reboots. I decided to put my bootanimation zip file in the /data/local file ( as normal) and rebooted. But the screen stayed black ( apart from the end) when it showed a very quick picture of the last picture of my boot animation.
Any ideas?

I think what is happening is that the boot animation is running but ..its as if the brightness is set to dark , as I happened to see a part of the animation even though the screen is black
Maybe it's worth double-checking your desc.txt file and/or trying a known-good bootanimation.zip to rule out issues with your specific animation file?
yes i tried 3 other bootanimation zips , that also worked when on a previous rom ( like my own) . They all failed as well to work . So i don't think its the bootanimation zip.

I now about this problem. On some tablets animation works uncorrectly.
I'm trying to fix it from BUILD3.

Hi Freezenook, just an update , when i start the tablet the archos logo shows for a split second. But i have found if i then press the on/ off button very quickly , then the boot animation runs ok.How strange.

I created a boot animation ... I replaced in system/media but it's not getting changed.. And I was shocked when i saw the backup bootanimation. The thing is I updated to lollipop and got new boot animation(sewing) , but when i opened the zip file it still containing old logo(globe).. Im confused a lot.. where would be the new boot animation location ??:crying:
Please somebody help me to change it to my custom animation..

i have samsung A8 2015 SCV32 (A800J)
i flashed a convert Rom to A800F
it's FIXED every thing . Even it's translate the download mode (was in japanies before)
But the rom developer Inject his name in the Offline charging (when phone off and u plug in charger ) it's show the battery logo and red text his name and his whatsapp number
my phone is rooted
i checked System/media i found the offline charging files animation i guess but they r all cryped battery_000.spi
i found the file of offliche charge it's called LPM in System/bin/lpm it's also in binary
i tried flashing rom it's does nothing the problem
i still didn't try to flash 4 files repair firmware
i tried contact him but he asked 150$ for solution even he posted rom for free :/
so please can anyone give any information how to do that or how to decrypt those files

I think something is wrong with the boot and shutdown animation, because the built in animations (the samsung exynos animation) just doesn't work. Does it work for anybody, or does anybody know how to fix it??

If you are on complete original/stock firmware, boot/shutdown animation should work fine.
Maybe you have to install/flash stock firmware (with Odin on PC). Battery charging animation is still working?

Hi, thanks for responding.
Yes I am on the original/stock rom and the battery charging animation is working (I haven't even unlocked the bootloader). The boot animation is the SAMSUNG EXYNOS one, my phone only shows up the SAMSUNG logo and then the phone boots into android .

As you have read the title, I am looking for a way to install the stock Boot Animation and Charging Animation in Bootloader into my Galaxy A50s.
Since I have installed many OS-es I have seen that if you put your phone on charging while it's off, the Custom ROM boot animation comes up and doesn't goes off.
Its a heck of a problem since it doesn't only drains the battery but looks wicked.
Is there a way to solve this and install the stock animations?
