Click to collapse
Look for the Lumen Toolbar as it controls screen dimming. Or if you have any battery saver apps that might control that to save battery. Turn up the brightness manually all the way and try again.

What does Google play services want??

Im aware this has might have been discussed previously but this morning I enabled the WiFi on my phone and noticed the phone wont stop receiving and transmitting. I don't understand why this is happening and are there any consequences to disabling Google play services from the android control panel if that'll even work. There is also something on the play store that claims to fix this but it seems shady.. Thanks
Happens sometimes (like once a month) to me too. A restart of the phone fixes it for me.
Happened with my old N5 too, btw, it isn't a Sony specific issue.

Google Pay doesn't work after removing stock Apps from MIUI

Hi all...I have a little big problem...
Yesterday I started to remove the applications that come by default in MIUI and can not be uninstalled...I did it using MTKdroidTools. The fact is that I started to delete Apps like a crazy man and now I find a problem...I do not know what I uninstalled and what not, but now Google Pay does not work for me. The App is apparently perfect, but when I try to pay it's as if it doesn't work. It's not NFC because I try with other App Bank and I can make payments, but with Google Pay (in which I have another card) does not work. It's as if it didn't detect that the mobile wants to pay.
Do you have any idea what service or app I could uninstall that doesn't work?
The truth is that I don't have the slightest idea what it might have been...
I suppose that if I don't find a solution I will have to restore the phone from the factory...I hope that way all the services and default applications will be reinstalled. I don't have my phone rooted and the bootloader is lock.
Greetings and thanks.

What about notifications fix?

We found a lot ways to install GMS on our devices. But is there someone who managed to fix notifications? All apps installed from Google play store, do not give notifications for anything.
I managed 2 months ago to fix it, but i can't remember how. Seems like google has deletet this part of my browser history
Is was something to do with phone hardware iD.... was something simple , but...
Anyone ?

Question Create exceptions for Play Protect

I j stalled APKure and always get an annoying notification saying this app sucks and need to be uninstalled.
I disabled play Protect but still got the warnings...
Anyone has an idea on how to create exceptions for that bloody thing ?
Google only indicates to disable okay Protect (which I did but still getting the notifications...)
Thx
Disable Playstore. Turning off Google play Services may also work as Playstore is a dependency.
Thanx, I disabled all notifications, guess this might do the trick as well since I use play store for everything except the apps you need to pay
