USB audio disconnects upon sleep - Asus Padfone X and S

Tried all USB dac audio players out there. Hibymusic is best but USB dac disconnects upon sleep / inactivity. I tried wakelock apps otg lock etc. none of it works . I think it's padfone s / x specific firmware app:battery power management within issue. As my other Android phone don't have this issue. Been on padfone x KitKat . then converted to latest padfone s firmware lollipop it still disconnects

Bluetooth restarting and eventually crashes (BLE)

Wondering if anyone has issues with Bluetooth turning off/on by itself and sometimes it will fully crash requiring a reboot to fix.
Situation 1) I have a Sony smartband (BLE) connected and works perfectly unless I'm near my wife which happens to have a Fitbit (BLE) also. When we are near, bluetooth will turn itself off/on repeatedly and my smartband reports disconnected/connected in notifications drop down (the only reason I actually noticed it though) but will eventually stop turning on/off and stay connected. Now in this situation bluetooth doesn't actually stay crashed requiring a reboot to fix it, however situation 2 does.
Situation 2) Picked up 2 pairs of Soundbeats HV-800 BLE headphones from amazon (one for the wife). When I connect them, bluetooth will turn itself on/off about 8 times in a row and then stop, only way to turn bluetooth back on is to restart the phone. Now if I turn off my smartband, stay out of range of any other BLE devices (wifes fitbit for example) and restart my phone, bluetooth stays on with the headset connected. Within moments of turning my smartband back on though or moving in range of wifes fitbit, bluetooth will start crashing turning on/off again. This also happens at work when I'm around someone with another BLE device.
Here's what I've figured out so far
1) Happens on wifes G3 which is stock and not rooted (mine is rooted) so rooting does not appear to be a cause
2) Happens with Fitbit and Smartband so it does not appear to be the particular device that causes it
3) Happens with both headsets, although with situation 1, the headset is not even relevant.
4) Works fine as long as there is not multiple BLE devices in range after a reboot until more BLE devices come into range
5) These issues don't exist with my Moto G (4.4.4), Moto X (4.4.4), or my Galaxy Nexus (Shiny 4.4.4). Infact just as a test, I linked my smartband, the wife's fitbit, and headset to my Moto G all at the same time and no issues.
With all the above it appears to be specifically related to the quantity of BLE devices the G3 can see for a given amount of time. With that in mind it lead me to thinking it's related to the bug listed HERE but I"m not positive. I did try the Bluetooth Crash Resolver app mentioned and while it does pick up the crashes, it does not fix/resolve them.
Has anyone else ran into this yet and/or found a fix? Unless I'm totally off on thinking it's the 4.4.2 bug, this may just continue to be a problem until 4.4.4 for the G3 is released or a patched upgrade of the current 4.4.2 is put out by LG.
Thoughts?

S9+ USB disconnect issue

I am having an issue where my S9+ intermittently disconnects from USB devices. Done the obvious thing of trying multiple USB leads but this does not change anything.
Flying a DJI drone that uses an android app connected via USB to a remote control unit. Maybe one in ten flights the USB feed from the Remote Control to the S9+ gets cut, making flight control problematic.
VW car with inbuilt Android Auto occasionally loses the USB connection and stops functioning.
In both instances no amount of re-plugging the USB C lead or rebooting the phone or android app fixes the issue. However as far as I can tell, in all cases power cycling the connected device, be it the Remote control for the UAV or the the VW radio (Car off for several minutes), immediately fixes the issue.
Does any body have an idea of what would cause the S9+ behave like this. Chopping the USB out of the blue. Seemingly the S9+ no longer recognises the specific device that is in plugged in to it and the associated app UNTIL the peripheral device is power cycled. Could this be the "Optimize Battery Usage" function running amok. Have disabled it for both apps but it is too early to tell if it has fixed it .

Oppo Reno2 Z unable to connect with Android Auto

I have recently purchased an Oppo Reno2 Z. One issue that I am having is with connecting phone Android Auto on my Sony AX-5000 car stereo. Android Auto was working on this car stereo with my previous phone (a Nokia 7 plus) without any issues, so I am confident the problem is with the Oppo phone and not the stereo or usb cables I have used. I also have found the odd post from other Oppo users with the same issue.
When connecting the Oppo Reno2 Z (running ColorOS 6.1) to the stereo, Android Auto does not start up and instead I get the message 'USB device not supported'. I am able to get Android Auto to work by initiating Developer Options on the Oppo and then changing 'Select USB Configuration' from 'Charging' to 'MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)', however this only works for that one time and next time I try to use Android Auto again I am forced to go through the above steps once again. It does not appear that it is possible to permanently change USB Configuration to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).
Does anyone know of a permanent solution to this issue? I'm hoping that it may be fixed in ColorOS 7, however that is not yet available in Australia for this phone.
Many thanks in advance.

Bluetooth connection issues (Android Auto)

Issue:
When connecting to Android Auto (wired, USB C, cable works with other phone, so is good), Spotify audio plays, but drops a second every 3 seconds. Bluetooth audio seems to have connection issues.
After I've tried all of this, it also seems that the F1 seems to be less responsive (e.g. finger print works very slow and unlock is slow in general).
Same issue also occurs on other music player. So issue doesn't seem to be with Spotify.
What Ive tried:
Connected a different phone (S9) with no connection issues.
Connected another Poco F1 (stock ROM) with no connection issues.
Bluetooth audio to a headset is not an issue (tried a Sony and a Bluedio set), no drops on Spotify audio.
Tried the latest version of PE+ A11. Dropped every 10 seconds.
Also tried A11 rom Arrow OS. This seems to have the same issue in AA - dropped every 30 seconds.
PixelUI A12 has the same issue.
Awaken OS A12 has the same issue.
LOS A11 does not hae this issue.
Details:
I am using PE Android 12 rom, but had the same issues with PE+ A11 rom.
What options do I still have? The A12 rom was installed "clean". Formatted up front.
This still seems to be an issue for my phone.
A11 LOS does not have this issue, the bluetooth seems to be stable and sound is not having issues.
On A11 PE and all recent A12 Roms the BT connection is having issues.
When connected and I would play sound, it plays the sound for a couple of seconds, after which it drops the connection, sound plays on the phone, and reconnects BT, then plays over the speakers of the car again for a few seconds and drops over to the phone again.
I've tried resetting the car audio installation, did not help.
I've tried resetting the BT on the phone, no change.
What options do I still have? Was there a recent change into A12 on the BT connection?
Options currently testing: Disable BT A2DP hardware offload. BT AVRCP Version set to 1.6.
Further checked, and eventually found that my Poco F1's Bluetooth has issues. While the other Poco F1 which I have in the house, does not. Is there a way to reset the bluetooth in general, maybe via a stock rom, firmware or vendor (all 3 already tried, but just want to make sure). Not sure how this issue can occur, bluetooth did not have any issues before the last update of A11 PE, since then, all sort of issues occur with the phone.

Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite 10 - USB DAC audio keeps pausing

Hi all.
The sound from a USB DAC (iFi Go Link) I bought to use with my MediaPad keeps pausing randomly, introducing a brief gap in playback each time. I installed UAPP (USB Audio Player Pro), to see if it would help, but it hasn't. Sound from the headphone socket works fine, and the DAC works fine with my Sony Xperia phone.
I've noticed in Settings > Device connection, the "USB" entry is greyed out and states "Disconnected", even when the DAC is plugged in and playing music...?
Are there any (tablet) default settings I would need to change to solve the issue? Are there any known issues in using USB DACs with this MediaPad?
Thank you for any help with my issue.
My specific device is BAH2-W19, Build no. BAH2-W19 8.0.0.371(OCEC431).
